I woke up again and checked the time on my bedside clock.
It read 8:03am
I groaned but then quickly bolted up at the smell of muffins.
I ran downstairs to see Jeremiah and Conrad eating muffins!
"Did you get my favorite?!" I asked intensely
"Yup, Right here." He said pointing down at them.
I ran over and grabbed one.
I quickly took off part of the wrapping and bit into it.
I soon feel an arm over my shoulder.
As I'm holding the muffin with both of my hands I look up to see Jeremiah. He seemed so casual. Like I was meant to be under his embrace.

I was in my room journaling, reading, on Pinterest, TikTok, whatnot. When Jeremiah came in.
"Hey pretty," He said laying on my bed next to me.
"Whatcha up to?"
"I don't know I'm just bored." I said
"Wanna hang out with me?" He said giving me a cheesy smile.
"Yeah sure!"

He hung out for a long time. Till he became quite.
"What's wrong?" I asked
"I don't know. I just feel like I need to get something off my chest." He said
"We'll go ahead, you can tell me anything though I already feel like I know what it is." I say squinting my eyes acting like I could read his mind
"What do you think it is?" He asked
"You like someone," I said
When I said it his eyes widened.
"I knew it! It's belly isn't it!" I asked

I was wishing on every star and grain of sand that he would say no.
"No, but it is someone and I think it's the last person you would think off." He said
"Well than tell me."
"You won't get mad." He asked worried
"No never!"
I again was wishing on every star and grain of sand.
"Oh, dear lord umm. Well it's you." He said with a smile without teeth
I was kind of shocked to be honest. Hearing it and not imagine that it was true felt so different.
I could do anything I kind of just stared
Then out of no where I shocked both of us and kissed him.
It felt amazing.
I held his face while he was on his hands leaning hovering over me.

After a bit we let go.
"Can we make this official?" I asked
"Oh goddamn it yes!" He said with a big smile before leaning in again.
We were both smiling in this one.
Then a there was a big flash.
"HA YES I WIN BELLY!!!" We hear someone scream

We tear apart as fast as we could and look over.
It was Conrad holding a Polaroid camera.
He looked so happy.
When he looked at us starting we all had blank facing and just stared at each-other without moving.
Until he ran of as quick as he could.
Me and Jeremiah look back at each-other and couldn't help but burst out laughing.
"IM SHOWING All OUR KIDS THIS!" We head Conrad screams again.
