Next thing I knew I was brought into a big open room with about 100 people in it. I was seated into one of the first row of seats. I saw my dad look at me from across the room, I saw sadness in his eyes. I wasn't sure why but it was there.

"Oh my God!! what did she do to you!?!?"

I heard my dad yell with worry and anger filling his voice. Then I heard a loud bang, I jumped in fear.

"Alright alright order in the court sit down settle down!"

Some weird lady said in the front of the room sitting there in a black rob.

"Alright we are here in court because we are having trouble with custody issues with the father"

The weird lady in black in said.

"Please place your right hand up and repeat after me. I swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth, As we hold these truths to be self evident."

She said as both my parents repeated.

"Alright you may be seated"

"Alright Mr.James please go fourth with your reasons on why you want custody of your daughter Emily?"

I saw my dad stand up and fix his shirt.

"About 6 years ago October 31th My Ex-girlfriend here gave birth to our beautiful daughter Emily James that day was most precious to me and her of course. I loved my daughter with all my might and still do. I worked my butt off to give her anything i could under reason of course. Untill one day she took her away from me said she didn't love me anymore said i didn't deserve to see my child soon after that i became very depressed alone i lost the best thing that ever happened to me i deserve to see my damn child!"

My dad said getting upset.

"Alright lets see what Ms.Lee has to say about that. You may begin Ms.Lee"

"Thank you..Well to start off with I love my daughter so much ive done everything and anything i could for her. I wouldn't trade her for the world. I cant lose her the last thing i want is to lose my daughter. After all I did take care if her for 3 years by myself-"

"Because you took her from me you bitch!"

Dad cut mom off.

"alright alright hey! language watch it let her finish!"

The lady said as i saw mom give dad The Look.

"As i was saying No i didn't take his daughter from him he left said he didn't care walked out on me and Emily. Said he had better things to do than to waste time on his family. So being a strong young women i moved on and took my daughter with me."

"You honor i Object!!"

Dad said raising his hand. I couldn't take this everything mom was saying was all fake she didn't love me she didn't care about me i couldn't do this. I knew id be better off with my dad.

I knew I had to get up and day something or straight to hell it was for me. This was my chance.

"You objection is not accepted at this time please let the defendant finish"

The lady said. I saw mom give him a dirty look. I couldn't help but let my feelings get the best of me. I felt the tears come down my face. I couldn't take it i knew it i said something id be beaten when i got home, But i did it anyway.

I stood up and said.

"Ms.lady she beats me! I want my daddy!"

Thats when everybody got quiet and my moms eyes got big. My words just about took my dads breath away.
