"Uhh ha..ha she was kidding we play this game its kinda like wrestling whole bunch of fun"

Mom said as i took some steps back afraid of being beat as i cried softly. I saw the pain in my dads eyes.

"Excuse me Emily what did you say?"

The lady asked me. I wiped my face a little and said.

"S..she beats me! and my 'Dad' he Plays with me to hard and I dont like it at all!."

I said pushing my self to the corner of the booth afraid for my life.

"You're honor I object!! Shes only a kid what does she know!?"

I heard Him say. I clinched my fist in anger. I know im only 6 but i know whats going on!!

"Im not dumb!!"

I yelled looking at him. I saw my mother look at me as she whispered the words...

"You wait till you get home you little bitch!"

Under her breath. I swallowed and more tears came down my face.

"Dont Make me go with her please dont ill die living with her!"

Anything at this point, Ill do anything at this point to get away from My mother.

"Sir we did not ask for your input please sit down!"

The lady said slamming something down on her desk as it made a loud knocking sound. I jumped in fear.

"Emily please tell us what you said and ONLY Emily!"

The lady said

"M...My mother b...beats me"

I stuttered in fear.

"Ms.Lee is this true!?"

"Haa no why would i beat on my own daughter!?"

"Emily you think you could talk to a couple of our higher people in a seprate room??"

If it meant getting help then yes. I shook my head yes. She motioned her head torwards two guys as one placed their hand on my back pushing me very gently telling me to walk with them.
I knew they wouldnt hurt me. I followed them as they brought me into this room big dark empty room with a table and two chairs.

"Hello Emily do you mind sitting down in this chair for me please."

He said with a friendly smile. I sat quietly as he sat in front of me, He folded his hands together on the table in front of me.

"Alright Emily so we heard you tell the judge you mommy beat you and that your Daddy played with you too hard. Do you mind telling me what goes on at your house?"

The big tall man with green eyes light brown hair and bushy eye brows said as he grabbed his pen and paper. I looked at him for a second before speaking.

"She beats me, she locks me in my room tells me not to come out. I never get fed. Sometimes i dont get bathroom breaks-"

"Wait what do you mean bathroom breaks?"

He cut me off.

"Some days she wont let me out of the room at all some days she'll let me go to the bathrrom just once. I sit in the dark all day-"

"What do you mean you sit in the dark all day?"

He cut me off again.

"My windows boarded up"

I said quietly.

"What!?"

I heard him whisper to himself.

"Now what about your dad what does he do?"

He said placing the pen by his mouth. I clinched my eyes at the thought of what he does to me.

"He plays the game Doctor with me"

I said assuming he knows what the game Doctor is.

"Wooo woo whats the game Doctor??? Whats that? Can you explain how he plays this game for me Emily?"

"He ties my hands behind my back tapes my mouth, Takes my clothes off but only my lower half, then touches me down there"

I said with tears in my eyes. His eyes got big and he got silent.

"Alright well Emily thank you for your time if you follow me out here we'll bring you to the office"

He said getting up grabbing his things opening the door for me. I walked out slowly as he placed his hand on my back leading me to the office.

"sit here and dont move"

He said rushing out the room. I was scared for my life.

" Your honor! Before you finish this session i have very very urgent news for you!"

The man said running in the room throwing his hand in the air with the papers in it"

"Alright, this better be good. Speak"

The judge said.

"I just spoke with Emily as told and some of the stuff she told me is just repulsive. Well to start off she said her mom beats her, doesnt feed her. Her windows boarded up shes not allowed to use the bathroom and if she does its only once a day sometimes never."

Everyone stood speechless as he began to catch his breath.

"Next she said her dad plays this game called Doctor with her, and when i asked her what the game doctor meant she said, He ties my hands behind me back tapes my mouth shut then takes off my clothes but only her lower half and touches her down there. "

The judge was stunned

Everyone in the court room got quiet.
