What?

"Excuse me? What did you say? Are you sure what you just said was true?!"

The judge said looking at him in disbelief

"Yes! Im not lying in any way. You can even talk to her youself she'll give you the same information."

He said running out of breath as he said it all in one.

"Bring her in here"

The judge said.

"Yes ma'am you got it"

He said running out the court room back to the office.

Next thing i knew the stange man busted through the door.

"Emily come with me please hunny!"

He said breathing heavily. I shook my head yes and got up and waited for his single. He began walking as i followed him.

"Alright Ma'am I got her"

He said dragging me in the room again.

"Alright, Alright silence everybody quiet!"

The lady yelled slaming on the desk thing again.

"Emily I know your not all that sure on whats going on right now but for your safety could you please tell me wha you told to the nice young man beside you please?"

The lady told me. Little did she know I knew most of what was happening here and that was my dad wanted me back and i wasnt about to pass that up.

"She beats me! Locks me in my room! Never feeds me! Hates me! She doesnt let me use the bathroom! My windows all bored up! Im Never allowed out side! And...."

I took a break chocking on my tears.

"And what dear?"

I took a deep breath.

"And...Daddy Plays a really bad Game called Doctor.-"

"HE IS  NOT YOUR DADDY!!!"

I heard my dad yell as i looked over and saw two men holding him back.

I jumped back a little. I didnt wanna hurt my father i just dont know what else to call him. But i continued anyway.

"Im not sure if the kids at my school play it with their dad but he plays it with me and i DONT like it!!"

I said getting really mad.

"Oh My God...Can you please explain this so called game doctor please?'

I knew I had to come out and say it I knew I had to.

"He ties my hands behind my back puts tap over my mouth takes my pants and other things off...and..and he..he t..touches me down there."

I Said as i began to cry.

"Alright can you please take her to the hospital go get her checked test make sure she doesnt have any STD's feed her clean her up please"

The lady said pointing to the two guys by the door.

"Alright hunny come with me please"

One of them said grabbing my hand and walking me out. We walkes out the big doors and he placed me in the back of his car with weird flashing lights on top. He buckled me up and got in next thing i knew we were on our way to where ever.

"Alright untill futher notice this court session has been paused we will continue next two weeks june 13th Mrs.Lee you are not to see your daughter till futher notice she will be safe with the DCF untill further notice. Mr.James we'll let you know shortly whats going on. Court dismissed"

The judge said slamming the gavel on the stand one last time as she got up and walked out. Everyone stood quietly.
