Third person's POV.

Taehyung was getting better.

Oh he really was getting better and healthy as the days passed.

Does that mean Storm never once gave him a glare which burned his soul? Nope. There was not a day went away where Storm didn't threatened him with her warning eyes. Giving him that hard glare or a blank look.

Earlier he found it hard to move but with good medication he was really getting better with passing days but since he just loves to piss his wife off, he would purposely ask her for something to do which always ends with her snapping at him or throwing that daggers with her eyes.

But at the end of the day, she would be passing the shit he wanted or doing whatever he asked her for with a dead look. Like this one time she passed him his damn medicine since apparently he couldn't move as it hurts but more precisely, he was too lazy.

But not before showing him her proud middle finger.

Well, did he mind it? No. Not at all and it looked like Storm really cared, but he never once commented regarding that or teased her since he knew that it's gonna end with her getting really pissed or pushing him out.

So he just let it be.

And it's not something he minded.

Taehyung also noticed that the kid wasn't around lately and sure enquired his wife regarding him. He was being relapsed somewhere more safe was what she said and will be back when he wants to.

And Taehyung doesn't blame her for doing just that after what happened with him.

They weren't safe. And what made him more concerned was Storm who was involved with him too and let's not forget about the fucker Yoon who just wanted Storm out of the picture for some reason. Not that his own family was fond of her.

What did he do to get his family haunting his ass?

Well, he got a good amount of property from the Kim enterprise under his name when got married just so their family could tighten their hold among Mafia syndicates with the one who holds great power in black market.

Of course he was promised a large amount of property.

The very property which he gives absolutely zero shit about but damn he can't let the opportunity to slide off just like that. He really wanted to sneak into this fucked up bloody business of their and fuck it up for his own reasons.

Having a good amount of property, he have access to not only business world on public eyes but mafia branch itself which he was fucking up. Literally.

Now having access and a good direct source, it wasn't that hard to get a little information regarding illegal activities and he took it in hand.

Maybe playing a little with shipments and giving out information, practically clouting anonymously is what he did.

And to say his grandfather was furious after getting to know about his hands being behind would be an underestimate. He already had his warning yet he didn't care which was why exactly the old man wanted to get it back from Taehyung. Something that ain't gonna happen.

They want a good puppet. Just like his father being one but too bad. He wasn't the right one.

Yes. They could just kill him just like that instead of doing all these and that exactly is what they're doing.

But the thing here is, he knew it's mostly his grandfather who wanted to take him out and what was holding him back from doing so might be his father or mother. At least he thought so. Not that he cared.
