Episode 13: sweet and salty

Today is the second day of the wild styles dance convention. Not only is it Leon Blackwood's workshop but it's also the solo competition.
Any team that competes in the solo competition has a chance to win five bonus points which will help them at regionals.
Noah is trying to help Summer not stress but it really seems like his stressing more then her.

I left studio 1 because Richelle, Ozzy and I won the trio round so we get to be his assistants for the workshop except Ozzy isn't here.
What's good y'all? Leon says as he walks in.
Alright so today I'm going to teach you a combo and then at the end imma select five of y'all to just show case the dance for everybody.
Let me have my 3 assistants. Richelle, Ozzy and Harper come on up.
I get a little bit nervous because Ozzy isn't here because he ate a meat sushi burrito of the street. Classic Ozzy.

As we are dancing I can see Jacquie trying to make her way to the front. I see you Jacquie, I know every trick for getting to the front.
Nice so just take a second I'm going to quickly figure out who I'm going to choose and I'll call you back and let you guys know.
I hop down of the stage and make my way to Jacquie when I realise the person she's standing in front of is her sister.
Oh my gosh Davis! I say as I hug her. What on earth is her sister doing here? I mean I get on with Davis really well except they both don't really work well together at the same studio.

We are just waiting to hear from Leon to see who the five dancers will be to showcase his choreo.
Remember we agreed you would never come to my studio. Jacquie states.
Well I thought about it and this is dance convention so technically todays not even your studio. Davis replies.
I love these two but they really don't get along at dance and I really have no idea how this is going to play out.
Alright gather round, gather round. I must say fantastic job today you guys were phenomenal and I think I know who I'm going to choose.
I'm standing back on the stage with Leon and Kingston and I really have no clue who his going to pick.
Miss come on up. He points to Piper.
Alright my girl in the purple. He says to Kenzie.
Kenzie comes up and I hug her. Kenzie is a fabulous dancer and I would've been surprised if she didn't get picked. Leon picks 2 more dancers and he has one more spot left.
Alright last but not least...you. Honestly I can't tell if he's pointing at Jacquie or Davis. But I just know this is going to go down well with either of them.
Me? They both say.
Not you Jacquie the blonde one.
Oh damn. Jacquie is definitely going to hold onto that.
Give it up for your five. I give Jacquie and apologetic look but at the same time, she's worked with Leon before, Davis hasn't so maybe it's not that bad.

We're watching the five dancers perform Leon's choreo and there all doing a great job. Davis is really bringing it today, I don't think I've ever seen her dance this well before.
I'm thinking Davis as a replacement for Amy. Emily says to Jacquie, Richelle, Kingston and I.
No! Jacquie says.
Jacquie she's your sister what's the problem?
Davis is the same old same old.
As much Davis and Jacquie don't get along at dance but I really think she'd be great on our team.

Emily and Michelle walk over to our group after the workshop to talk to Davis.
Davis, we'd like to offer you a spot on A-troupe.
Oh my gosh thank you so much. She says all excitedly.
This bugs Jacquie so much but I really think if they tried this could actually work.
Do you guys wanna take selfies cause I wanna take selfies. Davis says.
Jacquie smile. Davis says as she takes the photo.
Im glad we finally replaced Amy, this means we have a full troop which is really exciting.

Richelle and I walk into studio 1 to see who won the five point advantage. The winner of the wild styles solo competition and the five point advantage going to regionals is.... Lily, from miss Angela's encore dance studio.
Lily won? How?
Just think if you guys hadn't of kicked my mom and I out of the studio then you guys would have the five point advantage. But you don't, I do. Lily says to us.
You may have won this one Lily but this was just a battle. I say to her.
the war is coming and you don't stand a chance. Richelle finishes.
I haven't even started fighting. She says as she fake smiles at us and walks away.

I didn't have your back Summer, I had the teams back cause if I did the solo we would have the five points. Richelle says and then walks out.

I walk into studio A where I see Jacquie and Davis dancing. I absolutely love watching them dance together, and it's nice to see them getting along again. Once they see me they each grab a hand and bring out to dance with them. Dancing with them always feels like home, we've been friends since we 2 so they're like the sisters I've never had. It's always a good feeling when I'm with the both of them just dancing together like we used to.
