"Aargh," I shrieked and shielded my ears, wanting to be unheard that Myrah was apprehended.
How did this ensue? Why did Jimin return this early?
Jimin proclaimed that he is going to exterminate a person in front of the people tomorrow. It must be her.
Myrah Is driving to death. I drew a breath and felt myself grow reckless, wanting to do something.
Hoseok must have disclosed her arrival. But why didn't he inform me about my leverage on this? I must take up on all denunciation and relieve Myrah.
"Hoseok!" I fell on his foot.
Rubbing my hands together, I implored, "Hoseok. Please attend to me. Kindly ask our King to not kill Myrah. Hoseok, she was your friend. Take my life away instead of her," I appealed to him who sat on his chair in the courtroom. sparing no emotions.
"Hoseok please..." I prayed as he pushed me away.
"She is a renegade. She has to be killed. It is tragic that I can't do any help," he uttered.
In front of a few delegates and the King, I rubbed my hand together.
"Please, someone. Your Majesty. Please don't kill her. I am ready to sacrifice mine. Namjoon, please tell him. Someone," I begged as Jimin spoke.
"She is dying," he finalized.
"What do you mean by perishing? She is dying every day. You can't do this to her, Your Majesty!" I raged.
Ah! Gasping, I shut my mouth with my hands. I lifted my voice against the Monarch.
"Your Eminence, she did no iniquity. Kindly examine before annihilating her," I asked him, resorting to the last way I had. I am sorry Myrah, a few should know your story.
Jimin was immensely silent as Namjoon asserted, "She killed the prince. She is to be exiled to hell tomorrow."
"No. She can't die.
"Your Greatness,
"She was the kindest kid when she was born. Almost gullible enough that she stressed over impairing even the smallest critters.
"Majesty! Life made her this way. Blame it, not her.
"She had no will. Her parents were massacred when she was barely 7 years old. Her real father, Benelez Sanchez, was a Spanish merchant.
"He was malevolently butchered by your mother! Queen Dowager killed them!"
Namjoon raised his hands to quell me from conveying.
"It is the verity, Namjoon knows it. Namjoon is bedazzled by hatred that Myrah slew his family.
"I owe Myrah my soul and have been near her since birth.
"Benelez Sanchez was indicted for adultery with his maid. He was accused of mauling his child. His trade and enterprise skidded to the ground along with his dignity.
"He was named as a deserter by the government. Your mother sent troops to kill him.
"The child was left on the streets. What can a sheer 7-year-old do? Can't be the question when what can the world do to a desolate 7-year-old?
"Marked as a turncoat's daughter, she was feted like perdition.
"Gratefully, the Kim family took up with her. The Kim family added their second female to their family.
"Kim Taehyung, her brother, took lovely care of her but everything dashed to pieces when his father was antagonized and bedridden and the family fell into poverty.
"Jealousy is a sick disease.
"When Myrah was sixteen years old, she lost the love of her life. She was pushed to leave him, who was unable to safeguard her and her step-sister.
"Your bloody brother, Ji-Wook, assaulted her step-sister to death, Your Majesty. What say you?
"Being kind and poor only to be stepped upon?
"Ji- Wook set his eyes on Myrah, and also brought back the Sanchez case which everyone passed over. Ji-Wook afflicted Myrah mentally, bringing back her past and her mom who wasn't deceased.
"Myrah was subjected to severe mental ailment. She couldn't lift a knife with her shivering hands.
"That's when Ji-Wook was sent to the Zheo to inspect. Kim Taehyung took her to the hills and helped her heal. But those damages weren't something that can be repaired in consensus. Days flew, budding vindication in his blood.
"With help of her brother, she hounded and killed everyone who connived for her loss and pain.
"Can her retaliation be any more credible?"
.
The whole courtroom fell into ugly stillness, eating up my anxiety. I looked at the King with one last hopeful look. Will it make him pardon her?
Jimin stood from his throne and ambled out of the courtroom, dismissing everyone.
Things have grown out of hand. Alas! Myrah will be dead very soon.
How do I help her...?
There must be some way. I wrestled with my mind as Hoseok and Namjoon left the courtroom.
Yes! I ran like an incensed lady out of the courtroom.
Paper! I need some paper and a quill. I rushed to my maid's quarters.
I tore a sheet and scrawled on the paper.

Dear Jin,
I have been house arrested by my spouse and have been falsely accused of murder. I have always felt unassailable with you by my side. I won't be alive when this letter reaches you. My unfortunate luck, I am about to die for something I have no deadlocks too. It's alright, I am very grateful for your missives and aid.
Yours,
Myrah.

I rolled the paper. Should I send it by a bird? No. It can be snared. I will leave for Qin this very second.
Myrah. It's my honor and a chance to protect you.
