CHAPTER 2

Kang Kwon-Joo rushed to the crime scene with Park detective and Goo detective. Then, they saw the body of Jang Gyeong Hak lying down with one ear cut off. Suddenly, Na Hong Soo the chief of Poongsan police came, "Your team leader overdosed on sedatives and was driving." But she denied that her team leader was not a sedative and asked for further investigation.

Kang Center looked around to see the evidence but something caught her attention. She noticed the movements of a suspicious man who was looking at the evidence table and stuffed something into his pocket.

"Wait please, who are you?" she quickly approached him.

"I am a detective from the Poongsan police station. My police chief asked to bring this to him." A dishonest voice said to Kang Center

"Can you show me your ID card?" Kang Center tries to see his face.

"I am busy." He said walking in a hurry without looking at her.

She yells at him "Standing there," while pointing a gun at him, "You're not detective from Poongsan, are you? What do you keep in your pocket?" She reported through the walkie talkie.

He cursed, "I was in a hurry, but your team leader's car was hacked by someone. Check if you can't believe me." He spoke while taking something out of his pocket.

She says, "Don't move!" A detective tried to search and found evidence in his pocket. Na Hong-Soo angry and yells to the officer to arrest him.

"Please stop it! Inside there is evidence that can catch the culprit. If we track him down now, we can catch him. This case relates to a case three years ago where he used other people to kill and told them to bring the ear to him as a gift." While he tried to explain to Na Hong-Soo, Kang Center went behind and asked Yang Choong-Byung one of the Poongsan Detective, "Who is that person?"

"That's Do Kang-Woo, a detective from the Poongsan police station. He is also a suspect in the police murder at Sokpo Beach three years ago," she listens carefully, "He was released due to lack of evidence and now he is on vacation."

Do Kang-Woo suddenly touch her and says, "Hey, you're the team leader of the Golden Time Team, right? We have to track down the culprit now, otherwise we won't be able to catch him."

They looked at each other, "You want me to trust someone who is trying to hide evidence?" Kang Center said.

He stepped close, "Is that all you can say? Even though your comrade died?" She just looking at him. Na Hong Soo the chief of Poongsan police doesn't believe him and arrests him without a warrant along with Kwak Do-Ki the man who helped him for interfering in the investigation of the case.
