(Quick A/n: I know timeline wise there are 3 months between these work studies and the war so I'm gonna add in a little time skip, is it cruel to have the teens stuck 3 months in the past? Yes but I also want them included now that Season 6 is out and its easier to write about. Also SPOILERS FOR SEASON 6 EP 1 & 2)

Gunga Mountain villa stood tall and imposing, its impressive structure hinting at the extensive underground system hidden beneath its surface.

Far behind in the forest, acting as the rear guard, Class 1-A—minus Mineta but with the addition of Shinsou—stood vigilant. Among them were Kazumi and Shosuke, the latter feeling a pang of longing for their classmates.

At the front, leading the advance guard alongside Team Edge Shot, were Itsuki, Hato, and Hikki. Denki's panicked voice echoed from behind as he questioned his placement at the forefront, expressing his longing for the rest of Class A.

Meanwhile, in the forest, Kirishima addressed the concerns of those left behind. "Only Kaminari and Tokoyami from Class A are heading to the front. Hikki, Hato, and Itsuki are there as well," he explained, stretching as he spoke.

Momo chimed in, offering further insight. "Honenuki and Komori from Class B are also participating. They likely sent Kaminari and the others to the front to swiftly reduce the enemy numbers with their wide-range attacks, given the large size of the Paranormal Liberation Front."

Shinsou couldn't shake his worry for his boyfriend and their (future) daughter. "Will Denki and the others really be okay?" he fretted.

"They'll be fine," Hagakure reassured him, echoing Mina's sentiment. "Kaminari and Tokoyami are both exceptional heroes."

Shosuke tried to find solace in his words, attempting to reassure himself more than the others. "Yeah! And Hikki, Itsuki, and Hato-nii-San are super strong as well!" he declared, though the separation from his twin sister weighed heavily on his mind.

Meanwhile, at the forefront, Team Endeavor pressed onward, their destination looming in the distance: Jaku Hospital—a seemingly ordinary facade concealing sinister secrets underground.

Setsuko stood among the other pro heroes, her gaze fixed on the imposing structure before them. She had managed to persuade Aizawa to allow her to tag along, determined to contribute in whatever way she could.

Meanwhile, at the rear guard with Team Endeavor, Iida spoke up, signaling the impending start of the operation. "It's almost time for the operation to start," he announced, prompting a reaction from Bakugou.

"Why the hell am I stuck in the back as support?!" Bakugou exclaimed, frustration evident in his voice. "Let me go to the front!"

Todoroki reminded him of their provisional licenses. "Bakugou, we only have provisional licenses," he cautioned.

Bakugou's agitation was palpable. "Shut up! I'm not worried," he retorted sharply, brushing off Iida's concerns.

Todoroki couldn't hide his own worries. "I am worried about the twins. I know they're strong, but still," he admitted, his tone tinged with concern.

Midoriya, ever the comforting presence, offered reassurance, squeezing Todoroki's hand. "I'm sure Shosuke and Itsuki will be fine, Shoto," he said softly. "They're good at fighting and they're not alone."

Todoroki returned the gesture, a small smile playing on his lips as he acknowledged Midoriya's words.

As the front line began to move, Burning issued the command to follow suit. Without hesitation, the group leaped off the cliff and descended into the city below. As Endeavor and the other pros made their way into the hospital, Setsuko trailed closely behind her grandfather.

After a meeting where detective Tsukauchi briefed everyone, Setsuko had disclosed to Endeavor the identity of her other father. Initially furious, Endeavor had begrudgingly accepted the revelation, instructing Setsuko to join the advance guard of his team.

"Mirko, head to the morgue. Setsuko, accompany her," Endeavor commanded, assigning their tasks as they embarked on their mission. With Mirko leading the way, Setsuko followed, venturing down a secret path hidden within the hospital's confines.

Nomus began to advance toward them, prompting Mirko to alert Endeavor. "Endeavor! Something's moving!" she called out, her senses keen as she darted forward.

With unparalleled speed, Mirko swiftly sliced through the approaching Nomus, effortlessly dispatching them before Setsuko could even register the blur of movement. "She's so fast!" Setsuko marveled, momentarily stunned by Mirko's swift and lethal actions.

Bounding through the passageway, Mirko burst through a wall and locked eyes on the doctor. "Are you the real one?!" she demanded, her voice cutting through the chaos as she confronted their target head-on.

Meanwhile, Setsuko relayed the unfolding situation to the others through their earpieces. "Everyone! There's a strong-looking Nomu and an old geezer here," she reported, her tone urgent as she assessed the danger they faced.

Endeavor wasted no time in issuing orders. "Is the Garaki real? A double?" he inquired, seeking clarification amid the chaos.

"I can't say for sure," Setsuko admitted, her uncertainty evident as they navigated the uncertain terrain.

"I'll know once I kick him," Mirko declared, determination burning in her eyes as she prepared to confront their adversary head-on.

"Capture him!" Endeavor commanded, his voice resolute as he formulated their strategy.

But Mirko was already in action, engaging the doctor as he activated his high-ends. The Nomus wasted no time in launching a counterattack, causing Setsuko to cry out in concern.

Faced with the imminent threat, Setsuko sprang into action, running toward the Nomus and swiftly neutralizing them with a touch of her hand. With a swift motion, she reduced them to nothing but dust particles, effectively neutralizing the threat they posed.

Seeing Crust pushed back into the hallway, Setsuko wasted no time in intervening. "Setsuko! Go take care of that! I'll follow the old man!" Mirko shouted, her voice urgent as she continued to engage their primary target.

Acknowledging Mirko's command, Setsuko turned her attention back to the passageway, where the Nomu was now immobilized. Without hesitation, she approached the creature and swiftly disintegrated it with a touch, ensuring that it posed no further threat to their mission.
