The next day I woke up with a missed call. It was from Christian, and he wanted me to come babysit Madden. I said sure and me and Laney went to the Craig's house. Paige was already gone and Christian was getting ready to leave. He left and we were hanging out with Madden. Laney was playing with Madden on the floor and I was watching her. A while later Paige got home and we left. We got in the truck and I looked at Laney. " What?" She said.
"Well, I saw you today with Madden, and it got me thinking, once we get older and married and everything, do you wanna have a kid?"
"Oh with you yes."
"What do you mean with me?"
"Well a kid needs a good dad, and you're a lot like your dad so you would be a good dad."
"Oh, ok. I smiled and the rest of the drive we were quiet.
