The center itself appeared to be an extremely large cage that held a combination between his fellow Modrons who are minding their business tinkering on the many systems around the many reactors and computers inside the cage.

And in the middle of the many reactors and computers is Primus himself, standing upon the much taller sit where below are glowing white lights that feels like the core of Mechanus itself.

And Primus himself is a being of immense power of god-like proportions, appearing as a towering robotic angel with a metallic body made of silver, a blank face with white eyes, a crown on top of its head and a large pair of razor sharp wings that are spread out aloft that could also cover his body if he wants to.
