Lanius can only give an annoyed sigh for one of the many times he did as he and the Third Legion continue to lead the villagers with their primitive vehicles to whatever they are going to.
Lanius can only cross his arms as he is floating above the caravans, being annoyed that there won't be some battle that he will partake in and the only reason he just participated in escorting the villagers was only because of a promise of a worthy fight.
Granted, he could have just fought against the Dragon where he first saw it but that was just him being careful and thought of the giant fire-breathing flying lizard to be an animal.
Right now, all Lanius has to do is try being patient and have the Third Legion escorted the villagers, alongside those magic users and that elf girl to their designated location.
'Easier said than done, unfortunately...' Lanius thought, being rather self-aware of his flaws that everyone keeps on pointing it out, 'Still, thought these foolish monkeys are hardly a threat to me and Our Great Creator Himself, it will be nothing more than a disappointment where there is no honour in an easy victory...' Lanius thought in disgust of the reports he had gotten from the prisoners that are still in their world, 'This Saderan Empire disgust me. They claim they fight for honour and glory but are nothing more than savages who had become so arrogant that they see themselves as invincible, not realizing that they have become spoiled, complacent and weak-minded cowards where the first sign of trouble in their way is to whine and complain and dare to disparage us that we fought with no honour when in reality, there is no honour in battle, only victory...' Lanius thought, mulling at any confrontation with the fools in this world.
Lanius then started to take deep breaths which is as far as a Modron would go as he looked at his fellow members of the Third Legion, all of them are interacting with the natives with Jackie laughing alongside the children, Inculta doing his explanation with those two magic users named Kato and Lelei, Michelle is busy flying on top of carriage as well as indicating that Umbrum is staying on one of the carriages with the sleeping elf girl named is still in one of the carriages and of course, Angela flying in front of said carriages, basically leading them and watching for anything dangerous or unusual that are in the way.
Lanius once again sigh in annoyance before thinking, 'Maybe there will be a chance to meet this Apostles. From what the report said, these Apostles were given the term demigods because of their immense strength, speed, healing factor and apparent immortality. Hmph, what a foolish notion. They are maybe strong in this world but against a creation of Primus, they are nothing more than an obstacle that only gives a slight challenge. Why, if I ever meet one of these Apostles, I will enjoy making them face the cold hard truth of-'
"Hey, Lanius. If you're done monologuing, I think we have a problem..." Angela speak to him in the Modrons' form of telepathic communication.
"W-what? You heard that!?" Lanius telepathically talk to her in shock.
"We all heard that, Boss Man. We all did." Jackie said in a cringe voice.
"And it is so painful, sir that I can barely concentrate my explanation to Kato and Lelei here." Inculta speak up with a shudder.
