Alex POV
We get to the hospital running into the waiting room. "Uh Blake Reeds" I say trying to remember her last name.
"Relationship with the patient" she mumbles typing on her computer. "Uh brother" Jamie blurted out,
"Boyfriend" I stutter and see Jamie smiling in the corner of my eye.
"She's being check over wait over there and I'll take you to her when she's ready".
We both walk down to the seat, sighing getting comfortable. "I promise you she'll be fine" Jamie says patting his hand on my knee. I smile at him looking back at my feet. We hear high heels running down the corridor, we both look up to see Ivy walking towards us with her red puffy eyes. "She's alright but they found stuff in her car whilst getting her out" tears fall down her cheek while getting the words out.
Jamie reaches over to her and wraps his arms around her, "she had fucking drugs" she cries, sobs into Jamie's shoulder.
"She promised me that she'll stop" she cries even louder making everyone around us look. I look behind the both of them to see and nurse standing there patiently. "Yes?" I ask her to see if there was something wrong.
"She's awake now if you want to see her" the nurse says, we all rush over to the lift remembering what number her room she is. We finally reach the 3rd floor, walking down the corridor looking at each room number. We get to the door, Ivy runs over to her and hugs her.
"I'm alive I'm alive no worries"she slurs. Wtf.
"She might be a bit coo coo" the doctor says coming into the room. "We just had to give her gas n' air so we could pop her shoulder back in place" she looked liked she was having the best time of her life.
"When can she come out" Ivy asks, taking her coat off.
"Probably in a couple of hours or tomorrow depends if the tests come back good or bad" the doctor walks out of the room, we stay still in complete silence. Awkward.
Ivy's phone starts ringing, she excuses herself and walks out of the room. The walls are so things so you could hear everything that she was saying.
"Great I'll drop her off as soon as she gets discharged" she walks back in throwing her phone into her bag. "Alex Jamie can I speak to you outside" she shyly says crossing her arms. Me and Jamie both walk out in confusion.
"What's wrong" Jamie asks with a worried look.
"I'm sending her to rehab" she says with tears forming in her eyes, "I have to I can't let her get bad again, once I got to her apartment, I couldn't find her anywhere I check all rooms until I tried to open the bathroom door" she hesitates "it was locked, I kept on banging on it, trying to get an answer, I called the police because I didn't know what to do, they finally opened the door she was lying there on the floor not breathing" I run my hand through my hair, "They had to use a defibrillator on her, I told them that she wouldn't have to go to rehab because I had it under control but look at it I haven't obviously" she wipes the tears off her cheek.
"So my friend who works in the rehab centre near as got a new space for her, I thinks it's the best for a couple of months" She walks back into the room, leaving me and Jamie in shock.

"Bloody hell mate, I wish I knew before" Jamie says sitting slowly down onto a chair.
"Same" I sit next to him, leaning against the wall, I never thought I'd fall for a drug addict.
