Revenge

Dear readers, I hope you enjoy this:) Just telling you know, this is my first time writing a book, and im only 17, so helpful tips would be very nice!!!

CHAPTER ONE

    I'm out side playing in the snow. It's cold, my hands have started to pain, and my face is numb. I see something in the trees. I'm young, and my curiosity got the best of me. Stumbling, because the snow is nearly as tall as I am. I'm 11, but I'm short for my age. I hear my mother calling, but I want to know what the thing in the trees is first. I get about 5 feet away and a woman steps out. She's tall, with black hair, and the lightest blue eyes. Eyes that I'v only known of one other person having... Me. She smiled at me, but then her smile turns dark, her eyes flash gold, and her teeth turn sharp. I turn to run, but before I could take a step, she was on me with her teeth sunk into my shoulder.

    The scene switches and I'm me, but I'm not. I walk up to my mother, she turns from her cooking to look at me with a smile. Then her eyes go wide with fear. She screams and thrusts her knife towards me, putting it between us as a barrier.

     The scene switches again, and I open my eyes to see my father lying on the floor in a puddle of blood, eyes open with fear. A slow line of blood oozes from his mouth. His eyes roll to the back of his head. My face gets hot with anger as tears stream down my face. I go to look away but notice another bloody body lying by the couch. My eyes flow harder with tears as I realize its my mother... Neck broken and covered in blood from head to toe. I was enraged! Who would do this to my family?! They were nothing but kind to everyone they met! I will hunt them down and MURDER them. They deserve no less, if not more.

     I stormed towards the door, but heard a whimper to my left. I turn to look, and I see its my little sister. She's cowering in a corner, arms wrapped around her knees. I take a step to her, but she shrieks and covers her face,

    "P-please! Don't hurt me." she whimpered. Hurt her? Why would i hurt her?

    "Sara," I say. "who did this?" There is a moment of pure silence. She lifts her head from her hands, eyes glazed with fear. She raises her trembling hand... Pointing at me. What? What does she mean? I look behind me, but no one is there. I look back at her, she is looking me dead in the eyes.

"You.."

    I sit strait up in bed, breathless and drenched in sweat. I've had the same dream since the day I lost my family to 'Her'. My thoughts jumbled I headed for the shower. I need to wash away the images in my head, and a shower is the easiest way to do that.

    I take my time scrubbing my body, feeling the need to be cleansed. Putting the shampoo in my hair, I hear a bang on the door.

    "Kanen, hurry the hell up! I gotta piss like Russian race horse!" Riley continued to bang on the door. He was really starting to annoy me.

    "Okay, okay! Chill out, I'll be out in a sec." That kid really knows how to push my buttons. It seems that every time I go to take a shower, he HAS to get in here. I finish washing my hair and get out reluctantly. As soon as I unlock the door and crack it open, Riley bursts into the bathroom and drops his pants. "Dude! Your a dog! You could have went outside!"

    "We have guests!" He said referring to Niko's parents.

    They came over to see how everything was going. Niko's father, Markus, gave him the Alpha title not to long ago. He said he was getting old, and weak as the days went by. He thought the pack would be stronger if Niko were to take over.

    Markus is a good man, and a great leader, but sometimes I think he envies Niko for his strength. After all, Niko was born an Alpha. Its been along time since a true Alpha has been born into the pack. Alpha wolves who join the pack have no claim over the title, because they have no real connection to the pack. They weren't born into the pack to have that bond with the others.
