I laughed as I threw snowballs at random elves, who either fell over, sneezed or ran around smashing other elves with cookies.

I even hit a few yetties, but they only went back to their work WAY faster than before.

I shrugged.

If that was their idea of fun, then so be it.

I sighed, bored.

There was nothing to do ever since Pitch was dealt with.

I mean, being the guardian of fun was okay and all, but I always felt like something was missing- something important.

"You're sister..." A voice whispered.

Yes, my sister. Lily. But I had supposedly died, like, three hundred years ago, and Man on the Moon made me a guardian.

And I became Jack Frost and lost my twin sister forever.

I fingered my tooth container for probably the millionth time and sighed.

I was about to put it down when I heard it.

"Jack..."I froze and stared at the now-glowing container.

"I miss you..."

She sounded like she was crying.

"I wish you were here!"

I touched the container's diamond container and saw a girl being hugged by a boy in a white kimono with very long purple hair.

I stared at the girl.

It was Lily, my sister.

She was alive.

"The world is a mess!" She yelled.

"Advanta tried to kill us, and she still is!"

Her tears were flowing like a waterfall.

"Trace and Seth are alive..."

"Everyone is happy..."She looked up, and looked straight at me.

"So why aren't you here?"

Then the memory faded, and I was in a white room.

A girl with blonde hair tied in two braids pulled in a loop over her ears wearing a white spaghetti strap dress was grooming her pearl white wings.

"That just happened, you know," She said.

I gripped my staff tight.

"Where is she?" I asked.

She giggled.

"Oh, wouldn't you love to know that!"

She smiled, and I felt like I was being smothered on the inside.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"My name is Angel." She said matter-of-factly.

"What do you want?" I asked.

She laughed and clapped her hands like a toddler.

"Right to the point! You truly are an interesting human."

She giggled, and something in me was screaming to run, but I felt myself being lost inside her eyes...

One minute they were red, then blue, then black...

I lost all fighting spirit and kept staring into those vast, alien eyes.

I laughed as I saw the boy fall right under my spell.

"You humans are all the same, even if you call yourselves guardians."

I laughed as I saw the boy's hazel eyes turn bright green, then fade away again as the magic took effect.

"Look who's pulling the strings now," I mused.

I took a deep breath and beat my wings a few times, stirring up the spells that littered the air.

They surrounded the boy, and in a few moments, his immortality was mine.

I destroyed all of his memories as a guardian, but left the nightmares from Pitch alone.

I smirked as I looked at him.

"The mighty Jack Frost, guardian of fun, right here, bowing at my feet."

I twirled my black hair and smiled.

"The director would be pleased."

I turned and dragged him to my world.

I looked at Dawn.

"Take him into the forest and attack him," I ordered.

"Make it look like he is our enemy. Don't kill him."

Dawn bowed to me and wrapped her tentacles around him, then faded out of existence to the provided location.

I smiled in spite of myself.

Everything was going according to plan...
