I smiled to myself as I watched the smiles on kids faces. Just watching their little faces light up warms my heart.
Awww
Today we're decided to go into the community to help out the kids with back to school. Its early but summer is approaching soon and we know most of the mothers wont have it to send their kids back to school.
Of course being the family that watches over Rennock lodge we give back to the community. We plan to do another one at the end of August as well, where we'll give out scholarships to the kids doing well in school.
Cause yuh done know the ghetto pickney dem bright, suh if we can help with their education we will.
That time I might not be here though because I wouldve probably just given birth.
So thats why i'm glad I get to witness this one.
Currently we're giving the kids some toys, devices for school, and stuff like that. While we're giving the parents equipment and stuff for their homes.
My feet were starting to hurt so I took my time holding my belly as I sat on the plastic chair that was behind the long table with the stuff on it.
I looked around and everyone was doing something to help. My mother and aunty Jada were talking to some young mothers. While daddy, Gunna, keemo and Mello were there hanging out with the teenage boys.
Chinny, Kaesha and I were the ones handing out stuff as persons came asking for them. I was also the one incharge of those who wanted to apply for the scholarship program.
Apart from all of that obviously my eyes were searching for khalil. I smiled to myself as I spotted him not too far away from where I was helping a little boy with his new toy car.
