~Tory's POV~

I'm sitting on the bed reading the book It at the Cullens, tomorrow the Cullens will be hunting humans so that when they fight they'll be ready for the newborns. I put a bookmark to a chapter when I hear a knock at the door, getting up I go and unlock the door to see Felix there with a box of chocolates "hi"

"Hi" he says "can I come in?"

"Sure" moving aside "who are the chocolates for?"

"You" handing them to me "as an apology" taking them I close the door and lock it.

"Didn't realize you needed to apologize to me" waving to the bed, we sit down "what exactly are you apologizing for?"

"Letting Corin put her lips on mine in the first place" I nod my head "she never should have done that, I never should have let her live after that"

"Thank you for the apology" I have actually been thinking about the kiss, but also I've been thinking about what Felix's past was like. I mean before he met me, I mean I don't exactly have a good tract record with good men so... "I actually wanted to talk to you about something"

"Me too" he quickly says "I don't know what your thinking, but I'd like to talk about our pasts" I look at him surprised "specifically mine since I remember you saying that you didn't believe you were capable of receiving love so I wanted to talk about mine-my history"

"Oh?" I wasn't expecting him to say that at all "okay, then after I'd like to talk about my past...why I don't think I deserve love"

"Okay" nodding his head, holding his hands open "what do you want to know?"

"I know in your human days you focused on being there for you little sister" I guess I'd like to start at the beginning "did you have any lovers?"

He is silent, so he did or "there was this woman, her name was Kaylee. She was a slave" I listen "she was short-around five foot, shy, caring...she was...she was everything that you aren't. She wasn't one to yell at people, she would easily be pushed over" I see him think "when she was fifteen, she was sold to a rich merchant who was looking for a nanny and Kaylee she was the perfect person. The night before she left she and I met up outside of the arena and we made love" okay, kind of wishing I didn't hear that. Hearing my mate talk about his past by saying he slept with another woman, but he will be hearing my past so I need to suck it up "a few months later she killed herself"

I wasn't expecting that "might I ask why?"

"I never knew why" shaking his head "later I found out she was expecting a child" oh god, taking Felix's hand "I didn't know if it was mine since I heard rumors after she left that the merchant often took advantage of his female servants"

"Felix" I don't know what to say "I'm sorry for your loss" cause he lost someone he loved.

"It's fine" assuring me but I can see in his eyes that it sometimes affects him still "after her death, my sister became a female gladiator-saying she wanted to do what I did" he chuckles lightly "that was also when I started to fuck around, didn't care just fucked" for some reason my mind is picturing an entire brood of mini Felix's that were born and now he has descendants "I was turned into a vampire when I turned twenty eight, I was the executioner and didn't let any female near me. Until Corin, the vampiress you saw. For years she and I would fuck, nothing serious. Not to me that but to her however"

"She wants you" I finish, he nods his head "no offense, but I'm killing her" he doesn't look surprised "did she knowingly know that you and I are mates?"

"She did"

"Then she's dead" being plain "she put her lips on you and if she thinking I'll be alright with that then she's gravely mistaken"

"I wouldn't expect anything less" he chuckles "is there anything else you want to talk about, regarding me?"

"Maybe after we talk about my past" he nods his head "where do you want to begin?"

"Let's talk about this Mason" oh boy, this will be long since Mason is the only serious boyfriend I've ever had that didn't fall for Bella's magic pussy.

"Where do you want to begin?"

"How did the two of you meet?" He asked

Sighing "this was months ago, also he's probably the longest boyfriend I've ever had" making it clear "but I was swimming in Australia off the Great Barrier Reef naked" I can see him try to remain calm "I was in my heat and something that always helped me was swimming-well Mason was nearby and giving into my nature, Mason fucked me" his eyes darken "we went out separate ways, then met again in Florida. We dated for some time before we ended things since he thought we were moving too fast. A week later we became serious, he moved in with me. I know" waving my hand "I have bad judgement in men...well most men-getting off track, a little over a month ago I agreed to come here to see Bella. The same day Mason introduced me to his pregnant one night stand" he takes my hand this time "I ended things with him" I should probably tell Felix "and ever since then Mason has been sending me texts and voicemails and emails of wanting me" his grip tightens bit.

"I don't want you anywhere near him" Felix makes it plain and simple "I see him, I'll kill him"

"And I'm totally fine with that" I actually don't know why I told Felix that he couldn't kill Mason before "just be careful, Mason is a powerful siren" now I remember, I was afraid that Mason would kill Felix "just hold off on killing him, let me lure him to me then you can kill him"

"I don't care" shrugging his shoulders "as long as this Mason winds up dead"
