This is a story where Bella Swan's stepsister is the mate to the Executioner.

When I see the wolves in their human form, I smile to myself before using my siren abilities on Sam. He falls and then the other wolves go to help I make them go to bed too, when that is done I see Demetri and Rhaenyra have come back with Irena Denali.
"You said you wanted to help me" Irena looks at me "how?"
"You see the wolf right there?" Pointing to the wolf that is unconscious, she nods her head "he's the one who ordered the death of your mate" her eyes that were once confused and curious turn to hate and fury "if you want, you can take him right now or"
"Thank you" is all she says, she grabs Sam and runs away. While back at the party, we see Bella and Edward get ready for their honeymoon. This must be killing Jacob, not being able to be with the woman that he wants. Speaking of which—I look back to see that Jacob is amongst the wolves so I walk over and kick him so hard in the balls that he is incapable of ever having children. The wolf, cries out in pain holding onto his junk as I walk back to my mate, sister and Demetri.
"So" Rhaenyra asks "what now?"
"Now" crossing my arms "we wait for Bella to come back as a vampire and in the meantime, I am hungry and there are a lot of humans here"
"Fuck the treaty" Rhaenyra jumps up and down cackling like an evil witch "where is daddy dearest?" She runs away then.
"I'm going to keep an eye on her" Demetri runs after my sister, yeah Demetri has become a father figure to Rhaenyra.
I look at Felix who smiles to me "you know? I have been thinking and" rubbing his hands up and down my shoulders.
"And?" I ask, my eyes widen when Felix gets down on one knee. Just as he was about to say something we hear screams, I smell blood and we go over to see many humans hanging from their entrails. Bella and Edward stand in the doorway about to leave for their honeymoon when they see the humans.
"Mom!" Bella yells "Phil!" Looking and I smile seeing both Renee and Phil dead. I then see many of Bella's family members dead "no!" Edward catches Bella when she falls seeing the dead bodies, I see Jasper was taken away with the blood all around.
"Oh my god!" I see one of Bella's friends yell and we look over to see that at the reception, the remainder of Bella's family minus Charlie was killed. Wait? Charlie's here? How? I thought I killed the fucker.
"Did Rhaenyra do this?" Felix asks
"Rhae may like to cause terror" I answer "but she wouldn't do this" waving around "no she would cut up the pieces of the humans and feed it to the humans, Bella specifically"
"Hmm" he looks around "you know what?" He gets down on one knee and everyone stares at us when Felix does this "Tory, since the moment we met I knew you were the one for me" we hear how everyone is really thinking if Felix is actually doing this "as everyone else was terrified by you, I was turned on. I will make this short, Victory Coralitta Dwyer will you marry me?"
"Yes" I say just as human blood falls over everyone and I smile, Felix slips the ring he had out onto my finger. The ring is a beautiful three piece ring made out of diamonds.

When Felix stands, we kiss and more blood is poured. This has to be the work of the witches, there is no other explanation. Make the Cullens starve and have a bunch of human blood be poured all around—they must have duplicated the blood they had. I can see that the Cullens are having a hard time controlling their thirst.
"I love you" Pulling away as I look at Felix in the eyes while the humans scream and run around as human blood is on them.
