The sound of footsteps echoed in the silent passage as the heels of the shoes hit the perfectly tiled floor. Jungkook followed behind a little nervous, he is not scared just a little new to this. It's his first time dating anyone so he wanted things to go slow but here he is about to meet his boyfriend's father that too in a fancy party like this.

As they reached to a particular room the doors opened revealing a man back facing towards them.

"Master Mr Jeon is here" The man only waved his hands indicating him to leave and now only jungkook and him were left in the silent room.

Jungkook looked around the room trying to find Jiwoon but he was no where to be found , jungkook furrowed his eyebrows remembering that a few minutes ago he was called by his father then where is he. Wasn't he suppose to be here with him holding his hands while introducing to his dad.

Both were silent neither of them said anything,

"So you are jungkook"

"Yes Mr Kang"

"Hmm, I have heard a lot about you"

Jungkook only smiled a little not knowing how to react in such an awkward situation.

"It must feel nice to try living our life right?"
The middle age man snikered looking at jungkook's clueless and confused expression on his remark.

"What surprised that I know about your plan"
He said again but this time his tone was mocking

"I'm sorry I didn't get your point Mr Kang" Jungkook said with a deeper voice to which the old man smirked

"I expected that answer, Well let me tell you when Jiwoon told me about you I did a little background check on you"

Jungkook tighten his fist at that, already having a bad feeling about his next words.

"As you can see and know we belong from a respectable and High class family, my son Kang Jiwoon has been getting proposals since age 17 he always has been really popular among rich omega and you! You don't even have a family reaching our class is then far away."

"Your investigation is wrong Mr Kang I do have a family" Jungkook said clenching his jaw in rage.

"Family you say? Let me guess that struggling music producer ? Or that dog you adopted up from trash"

"That's it Mr Kang that's enough!" Jungkook's angry voice echoed in the silent room.

"You said what you wanted but don't talk shit about my family. I get it, you hate me, you hate that I'm not suitable for your standard fine don't need to rub it on my face" The old man face turned sour.

"I don't hate you I just don't feel that you are fit to be a Kang also my son likes you and I love my son so all I'm gonna say is stay with him but don't dream about marrying him and secondly what I do hate is some weak omega raising their voice on me. "

"As if I-" jungkook got cutoff by Mr Kang

"That's all i have to say now leave before you regret it" 

Jungkook felt his eyes turning blue in rage he huffed out and left the room banging the door. He walked near the main hall to find Jiwoon looking around, he must be looking out for him. Jungkook tried to ignore and run out but got caught.

"Jungkook! Where were you i was looking for you for so long, where have you been?"

"You say where were you?" Jungkook asked back because clearly Jiwoon said his father called him but he was nowhere with him.

" I went to see my father but when I entered there was no one so I came back and found you missing since then I'm looking for you, now tell me where were you" Jiwoon words sounded true but jungkook wasn't sure about that at the moment if it was just the dad or son and dad planning.
