🌙 Part 29

Jungkook was worried sick, he tried calling taehyung's phone but it's switched off. Helplessly he called Yoongi and Jimin telling them both if they know anything about taehyung's whereabouts or to help him find him. It's the second day of his heat, he can't go out in such situation, even though it's not that painful because of the marking process yesterday but still it's not safe for him to go out yet.

He waited for taehyung or for a call from any of his friends with good news. Between all this he didn't knew when sleep took over him, he is still feeling weak because of the mark but he tried hard to fight back his urge to sleep, not until he's sure that taehyung is fine.

But sadly even after he got up first thing he did was to check his phone. No update, nothing. Tireless efforts made him breakdown, he blamed himself for everything. It wasn't how he planned the night for them, of course it was youngers 18th birthday he had made plans for the day, but the timing was not with them.

Jungkook somehow spend another day at home doing nothing sitting at a corner and staring at his phone, hoping that maybe there will be hope, this was his daily routine now. He could have gone to the police but then what he will tell them that a young Alpha is missing, what's their relation? Who's he to the Omega. It was just a mess and jungkook knows better not to involve police in such things.

After somehow spending a few days in hell jungkook finally got out and took a little tour of his town. He passed by their usual spots the park, the cafes, the skating ring, the arcade.

"It brings back so many memories" he sighed looking around. He even took a trip to taehyung's school asking if he's attending the classes or not but then again he left with cold shoulders. Today... not even taehyung's dumb friends were around, they cheer him up everytime. Maybe all the happiness around jungkook has gone with taehyung.

With a sigh he took a turn to go meet Yoongi.... maybe the elder must have some updates or maybe he can help him divert his mind.

On his way to Yoongi's he stopped abruptly, his eyes wide open as he took in the scenes in front of him. He couldn't believe there was taehyung? he was right there and he entered at Yoongi house? it was looking so casual as if he has been doing it for a while.

"What the hell" jungkook mumbled. He stood glued to the ground. It wasn't easy to digest what just happened.

Was taehyung here all this time and ignoring his calls or his hyung who lied to him straight away even after knowing how miserable he is without him.

He took a deep breath and marched towards his door and knocked, he ring the bell yet he can't wait and started knocking the door. He was mad really mad, he needed answer right now or he will lose his mind.

"What the fuck is wrong with you-"

Yoongi opened the door with an annoying look but his face turned normal the moment he saw who it was.

"Oh it's you, not today kook I'm busy" Yoongi tried to shut the door but jungkook put his feet stopping him from closing the door. Yoongi looked up to jungkook with a challenging look to which the younger returned it back with the same energy. Well probably because he was raised by Yoongi himself so they share the same attitude, so basically Yoongi was up against himself but with a little stubborn version of him.

"What do you want kook, look I told you I'm busy nowadays and you are not helping, I'm in a bad mood and I don't wanna say something that I might regret later" Yoongi tried to hush him.

"Ok go on, lash on me, do it." Jungkook urged him and Yoongi was taken back by that.
"I can come in and you can remove all your frustrations on me." Jungkook tried to get in but again got stopped by Yoongi.
