CALCULUS

MY LIFE was like a hell, full of despair and misery that he encounter. He choose expectations than reality, feeling the pain of blaming him that made his life suck.

At a young age he experience having a severe punishment. Her mother blaming him for all her misfortune because of him.

She just adore me, if I'm impressing Dad about my high grades, pretending to be a good mom when my Dad coming home.

Funny right? well yeah it's me Calculus Freaking Merikh, a son who need to surpass their expectation inorder to have my freedom and make them proud.

“Bakit ang liit naman nakuha mong marka sa exam? hindi kaba nag-aaral ng mabuti hah? bumawi ka sa susunod!” My mom keep on blaming me for being careless.

“Mom, I'm very tired on doing my best. It's still useless if you're not proud of what I do, Mom .” I said while solving my math.

She's always greedy for money, and attention while me didn't care. I'm always studying at my home, didn't go to school. I'm envy to those kids who can go to school while me living and no rest studying.

“Congratulation, Calculus Merikh you're top 2 with highest honor!” My teacher said.

All my classmates shock hearing my name, they treat me as a monster or greedy. But I'm not like my Mom, but still didn't care.

“Siya ba yung anak nong greedy raw sa attention? no wonder papacin sila.”

“I feel pity for him, he's been stress even at young age. It's not his fault but her mom.”

“Yun nga true, He's been homeschool never hangout with friends. He's look  friendless.”

I hear those gossips while going out from our school. Well not gonna lie, all the statement they said are true and facts.

My grandma ask me if I can join her going in the ricefield or sugar mill this vacation. And I agrer with her, she's my best Lola that I want to accompany. She's kind too.

When the summer come, we visit the ricefield I think? it's beautiful here but still didn't enjoy while patiently waiting Lola.

“Ang galing mo sa pangangabayo iha, kahit sa murang edad kapa nene. Ang galing mo talaga! sabihan mo ako pagtapos kana ah”

I immediately roaming my eyes find that girl he talks about, but I see a young girl who train other kids on riding a HORSE?!

I'm bit 2 years older from her, I'm at my peace when she smile at me. I avoided our eye-contact because I think I'm blushing.

Minutes passed, the girl approached me. I don't like her presence if she's near me.

“Hi! kanina kapa dyan? saan ang pamilya mo? kasama moba sila? bat ka nag-iisa?”

“Why do you ask? and it's none of your business. Just stay away from me, Kid.”

“Pasensya na pangungulit ko, pero sagutin mona mga tanong ko okay? tas hindi na kita ulit guguluhin, depende na lang sayo.”

“Okay fine, yes, they're in meeting, yes ofcourse they're jusy busy chitchatting. Because I love being alone than socialize.”

“Kaya pala ang cold mo, ito naman ano pangalan mo? at bakit ganyan ang name?”
