Chapter one:Camping trip

Everyone was happy and living together in the same house except for Gunner who was living with Tom’s friend Wade.
One day the Wachowski’s decided to go out camping in the woods.Knuckles treated it like a survival thing and so did Sonic,Tails just wanted to hang out inside the tent,and Nadia wanted to explore everything.
“Alright you guys,Who wants to help me find firewood?”Tom asked
“I will find the wood for the fire!”Knuckles exclaimed
“I can help!”Nadia said
“Not if me and Tails can get it first!”Sonic challenged
“Our fire will surpass your weak flame!”Knuckles laughed
“Guys guys;we’re here to have fun,But whoever gets back first might get the first S’more.”Maddie said
“Ready,set…”
“Oh just say it already!”Sonic exclaimed
“Go,oh and no cheating(Sonic,Knuckles.)”Tom said
“Cheating is dishonorable!”
“I would never,When was the last time I cheated on something?”Sonic asked
“I can think of a few things.”Nadia replied
“Hey you were the one who ran into the blue shell.”Sonic said
“I was in first place!”Nadia exclaimed
“Yeah and got sent to the last!”Sonic jokes
“Alright we don’t need to go through that again.”Maddie said
“And this is why you two aren’t allowed to play Mario Kart.”Tom said
“Anyways let’s go get some firewood.”
While Nadia was looking for sticks Knuckles dug out a whole tree.
“I think that’s too big for a fire.”Nadia said
“Nonsense,This is the perfect amount of wood for our Fire!”Knuckles said
“How are we gonna fit it?”Nadia asked
“You make a good point.”Knuckles said, putting the tree back down.
Knuckles and Nadia managed to find several logs and won the ‘competition’.
When it came to be night time Knuckles thought he was supposed to sleep in the trees.
“Knuckles,Get down from there we’re using sleeping bags.”Tom said
“Would it not be safer to rest within the trees rather than the ground?”Knuckles asked
“It’s fine sweetie that’s what the tent is for.”Maddie said
“Alright,I will descend the tree.”Knuckles said
The next morning everyone woke up early and left the campsite.
