Nadia the banished wolf princess book 2

Chapter four:Separated

Nadia was locked in her old room in the furthest tower in the castle.
Sonic and the others were locked in the dungeon but they could see Nadia through a mirror and they were the only ones who could see her.
They were each put in separate cells but they were still near each other.
Nadia was untied and told that if she escaped there would be trouble.
Nadia felt anger and sadness rise within her. She started wrecking everything out of anger until she saw the napkins that she turned into people and started crying.
"I don't wanna be here...not again..."Nadia sobbed
Meanwhile Sonic and the others were sitting in the dungeon.
"Why didn't Nadia tell us she had a sister?"Tails asked
"I don't know,she never said anything about her."Sonic said
Gunner wouldn't stop hitting the bars on the cell with his tail.
"Panda if you do not cease that noise I will make sure to restrain you."Knuckles growled
"We need to rescue Nadia,we can't just wait here!"Gunner exclaimed
"We need to wait here otherwise the wolves may harm her,and the deal will be cut off."Knuckles replied
"Yeah but look at her,they just locked her up there and no one's there for her."Gunner reasoned
"Hey I get how you feel,but we need to at least wait until the battle starts."Tails said
Sonic was nervously pacing in his cell.
"Why would she do that,We could've found another way to escape but she decided a fight would've been better,what was she thinking?"Sonic asked to himself
"If she didn't make the deal we would have been slaughtered at that very spot."Knuckles said
"Slaughtered?!"Tails exclaimed
"No one's getting killed,we'll get through this together."Sonic said
"I wish we brought the Master Emerald with us."Tails said
"Yes but we would risk losing it."Knuckles replied
One of the guards overhead their conversation.
Meanwhile Nadia was curled up on her old bed crying. She could hear the music from the Moonlight ball. It reminded her of her being locked in her room unless she was forced to fight. She still knew her room like the back of her hand.
She decided to get up and look out the window overlooking the Moonlight ball. She always wanted to go but she wasn't allowed to.
After a couple of hours she decided to get some rest in preparation for the fight.
