it's been weeks since i have been in the hospital. the doctors have been running tests every day and slowly i have started to get better.

obviously it won't be gone i will have this horrible disease that even the doctors don't know what to call it for as long as i live, but i can now get up and take walks outside of the hospital. but i can only take walks in the hospital park

Leo's little minions have been following me wherever i go. some of them are friendly and even more friendly when Leo isn't around.

sometimes it does get overwhelming when they are all always around me. i managed to talk to Leo about it and with heavy convincing, he finally said he will give me my privacy.

i grab at the chips playing with them rather than eating them when the door opens and Alex walks in.

as he walks in all the minions go stiff and stand up straight.

Alex has been hating each and every one of them ever since they have been here. he wonders where did Leo get all this money to begin with.

" Alex" I beam a smile at him and he smiles back at me walking towards me

" I got some muffins for you honey" he pecks my forehead sitting in front of me

I give him half a smile feeling bad

" you cant eat?" he looks at me and I nod not looking at him

"its okay hon" he smiles cupping my cheek

" hey" Leo voice echos through the room and I lift my head up to see him leaning against the door with his arms crossed

Alex throws him a glare and then looks back at me with a smile

" you want muffins, Leo?"

" why the fuck would you offer the muffins I got for you to him" he emphasized on the last word and I gave out a long sigh

Leo makes his way towards me and grabs my chin before saying " i don't want your crappy muffins" and then leans down pecking my lips

i blush hard frowning at him. I'm not a PDA type of person.. and him doing that, especially in front of Alex...

i look at Alex and see his jaw clenched

" what?" Leo pushes

"I am very fucking close to killing you right now. you have hurt her once i know you will do it again. i do not fucking support this" he clinches his fist tight making his knuckles turn white

i grab the bag of chips and slap it on Leo's face and then Alex's

" LISTEN BOTH OF YOU FUCKING MORONS!" i yell loud making the minions stand up fast

" i am with Leo by my own choice. if i get hurt it is on me. i know you care a lot about me Alex more than my own parents because here you are and they aren't. and Leo i love Alex. he has been a brother to me since we were fucking kids." i take a deep breath and stand out of bed crossing my arms and looking at them both

" i don't have much time. the doctors say i do and I'm all good. to be honest i might be all good but i don't trust my body at fucking all. i want to live each moment like its my last one. the last thing i want to remember on my deathbed is how i couldn't get my lover and my brother to be okay with each and because of me they're on bad terms."

i look at both of their eyes soften on me

" i need you both to make up and become friends again. NOW!" i take a sharp breath but they both just stare at me

" you are going to be alright Heather. don't fucking say shit like that again!" Alex stands up and his eyes go glossy

" Heather." Leo's tone is a warning to say what was said again
