Chapter 17: Completed Dex and Gender Reveal

You named your shiny Gible Hannigan. You then check to see you had completed Gible's page so you would know all about it. Just like that, your entire Pokédex was completed. You and Adaman meet with Professor Laventon and he checked your Pokédex. "Oh!! Can it be?? We finally did it! The Pokédex has finally been completed!" Laventon was beyond excited. "She only needed to catch just two Gible to complete it's page as well as the entire dex," Adaman said, feeling proud of you, his little wife, "and she didn't get hurt. Funny enough only one Gible approached us, but not aggressively. It was rather gentle." "A gentle Gible?" Laventon rose an eyebrow. "It just nuzzled at my foot," you said, "like it knows not to hurt me because it knows I'm pregnant. And also, this one is shiny." "Ooh, a rare specimen!" Laventon clapped his hands.

After reporting to Captain Cyllene and Commander Kamado about your completed Pokédex, you were given a Shiny Charm to commemorate your hard work in completing it. Then another celebration was held in Jubilife Village. Not just for the completed dex, but also to find out the baby's gender. You had an ultrasound last week and decided to let somebody in the village come up with something for the party. A black balloon was brought in by Gully. She hands you a needle to pop it with. "Go for it whenever you're ready, (Y/N)." she tells you.

So everyone in the village waited for you to pop the balloon to reveal either pink or blue dust hidden within the black balloon. Adaman took hold of your free hand as you stanced yourself. "Ready, everyone?" you called out. "Ready!!" everybody in the village said all at once. "Go for it, babe." Adaman said, kissing your cheek. You then started to count down, "3...2...1..."

You popped the balloon. Pink dust came out of the balloon to reveal you and Adaman were gonna have a girl. Everybody around cheered. "It's a girl!" you exclaimed excitedly. You looked at Adaman; he was entirely amazed. He hugs you and whispers with a little whimper in your ear, "I've always dreamed of having a daughter." "Really? Me, too." you whisper back to him. You both then lock into a kiss and everybody watched and clapped for you both.

Just after the celebration died down, you and Adaman went back home. You and Adaman stood in the middle of the room and held each other close; kissing each other nonstop. You both just couldn't be any happier. He loved you so much and you loved him, too.
