Chapter 19: Bath Time

You were seven months pregnant. You get hot sometimes, your cravings go through the roof, you would cry when nothing was wrong and your sleep schedule is inaccurate. Even your back and legs would ache and your feet would be sore. Even your breasts were swelling up. Yet, Adaman would always be there for you. He would make you rest when something needed to get done and he'd do it himself.

You were taking a bath to relax your aching body. Adaman walks in. "Hey, sweetie." he says to you as he kneels down by the tub and takes your hand in his. "Hi, lovie." you said. Adaman holds your hand up to his lips and kisses it. "How's your body feel, honey? You feeling okay?" he asks you. "Yeah, I'm fine," you said, "I feel better." Adaman smiles. Then he asks you, "Can I come in with you?" "Of course." you said, giving Adaman a tired smile. Adaman gets up and undresses himself entirely, then gets into the bath with you, sitting in front of you. "So I've got word from Kamado. He wanted me to tell you." he says. "What's that?" you asked.

Adaman scoots closer to you and holds you by your waists. "Well, since now you have a completed Pokédex and everyone in the Hisui region got to know all about Pokémon without fearing, Kamado had the idea of disbanding the Galaxy Team. You've helped everyone around, even stopping the disaster. Everyone wanted to thank you, so I told them I'd tell you for them." He smiles at you again. He continues, "And so, because the Galaxy Team is being disbanded, it's time I made you a member of the Diamond Clan. Well, the first lady of the Diamond Clan, to be exact." You were happy to hear you were to become the first lady of the clan. But then you wondered, "Is Kamado okay with the Galaxy Team being disbanded?" "Yeah, he's fine with it," Adaman said, "you've brought peace to all of Hisui so all the people and Pokémon can live together. So what says you, my little wife?" He puts his hands on your shoulders and asks with a hopeful smile, "Will you become the first lady of the clan?" The idea of you becoming the Diamond Clan's first lady made you excited. Well, you're married to it's leader, so it would make total sense to you. So your response to that was, "Yes!"

That made Adaman happy. He pulled you into a hug; your huge belly in between the both of you. "Ooh!" you both chuckled. As Adaman held you close with one hand, he uses his other one to caress your belly. "Hey there, Alice," he says, "it's Daddy. You doing okay in there, baby girl? Mommy and I can't wait to see you." You were giggling. You then felt a little jolt in your tummy. "Ohh.." you exhaled. "You okay, (Y/N)?" Adaman asks. "She's kicking," you said, "can you feel it?" You take Adaman's hand and put it to where Alice is kicking. He feels her. "Oh, she is." he says, a little happy whine followed.
