The Demon's Bride

Sonic opened his eyes, he saw the sky had turned a crimson red color, with gray clouds covering the sun, his body didn't feel weak and looked over to see Mephiles had ripped the crucifix off of his neck and crushes the silver chains off of his wrist, Sonic wanted to hug Mephiles but he was to weak to move his body...he need to heal.

Mephiles' sclera of his eyes turned into a magenta color with glowing green irises, the purple emerald floated over to Mephiles' hand, "That is ENOUGH!!"

"M-My lord...this creature...is why we are losing live stock...it o-"

"SILENCE" Mephiles snapped.

Sonic flinches a purple crystal shot up from the ground blocking a silver bullet from going through his head, Shadow growls, and just continued fire his gun out of anger, he just wanted that Vampire out of his life...out his thoughts...he just want him died, his pistol clicks being out of animo. "Why is a being so powerful protecting a useless blood sucking creature!" Shadow he growled.

"Tsk...You would do the same for the one that you love..." Mephiles retorted back. Shadow blinks he didn't think Sonic would have moved on that quickly. "And I promised, My Husband I'll love him no matter what"

"H-Husband..." Infinite said. "Now Enough Talk!" Mephiles said, He helps Sonic to his feet, the blue hedgehog stumbles since he wasn't healed, fully...without blood his natural healing takes longer to fully heal. "F-Forgive me Lord...I had no idea, this Vampire was your beloved..." Infinite said on his knees to show respect, the rest of the villagers apologized as they do the same.

"That doesn't change anything..." Rouge hissed, "Kill that thing or capturing it...only gets us closer to finding that secret location that Monster are using to stay hidden"

"Then your going to have to find another Vampire...Cause I'm not letting you "HURT Him" Mephiles spoke. "You filthy Mortals are the reason why he mentally traumatized"

Sonic hugged Mephiles, finally able to move, he just buries his face into the demon, tears into his eyes, he was terrified...he still had a things that he wanted to do, he just softly started to cry into the demon.

"The real Monsters here...You Mortals" Mephiles hissed, he pulled the emerald closed to him, before a bright purple flash was seen and the two were gone, the sky had turned back to normal.

"Tsk...Yeah right, we are only doing what is right..." Shadow said filing his arms. Miles had his eyes flattened, what Mephiles said was right...Hunters only shot never talked to them, if they were given the order to kill...they would. Tons maybe even thousands of Monster had their lives...their young, their home...leaving only Demons to roam.

Fleetway and Exetior were helping Sonic, like giving him the amount that he needed to help heal his wounds, It was very unclear if he would recover from what happened him, but as long as he had Mephiles and the other Lords with him.

As for the punishment for the villagers, Mephile can think of something, right now his main concern is Sonic.
