The Demon's Bride

Mephiles had his arm around Sonic, who was snoozing on Mephiles' chest, he was still on the demon's lap, the demon was watching over the village, he had cursed the land, making it so that crops and fruits will spoil when picked from the trees, the crops are also enabled, livestock are to sick to be slaughter and cook, eggs from chickens spoil when they are laid, and the fish are to enable if they are caught. He will remove the curse when he thinks the villagers had suffered enough, he takes the second purple emerald and shrinks it to a smaller size, he places the emerald onto Sonic's forehead, it's just so he can make sure Sonic is safe if he does leave the castle.

Sonic yawns, his eyes fluttered opened, and saw that he was still laying on top of Mephiles. "Good evening"

"How long was I asleep for?" Sonic asked as he sat up to see that he wasn't dressed in clothes but only had his cloak on, not that he mind...since he can see the symbol on his abdomen, it kind of gave him feeling of hope.

"Not that long, I just moved us to the bed..." Mephiles started as he rests he chin on Sonic's head. "You were adorable...when you purred"

"Y-your just so w-warm, a-and I l-like your heartbeat..." Sonic stutters. He feels his forehead, he felt the gem on his forehead, he didn't really understand the importance of the items that the Lords had, besides Exetior's that just helped him come and go between the two realms, Mephiles' was a mystery to him. "It's so I can keep on you, I do what you to be able to walk around"

"I...I d-don't w-want t-to..." Sonic stutters, he was still traumatized from the villagers were doing to him, he didn't want it to happen to him again, or get staked in the heart. "Ssh...I didn't mean the Mortal Realm, only when your ready" Mephiles corrected.

Sonic nodded, he rolls off of Mephiles so that he was laying beside him, he rubs the symbol that was on his abdomen, "W-When will I get the first symptom?"

Mephiles lets out a chuckle, though he really can't blame Sonic for asking questions, after all the hedgehog had spent his whole life alone, it did make him concerned on how he understood how one can get this situation, let alone sex. "You will know, trust me." Sonic nodded he moves so he can get up from the bed, he opens his closet, he puts on a long sleeve black t-shirt and matching shorts that brought out his hips, he slips on his boots and puts the cloak back on. Mephiles watched Sonic leave the room, the demon takes a look at the village to see what the hunters were doing, they haven't left the village yet, which was annoying to the dark lord, after all he hated them...the most out of his own worshippers. He just tells out sigh he was still going to keep an eye on them.
