War had started between the Mortals and the Immortal creatures, it really wasn't a war that Mortals could win. It was a rough year for the Mortals and Immortal creatures, with the Creatures winning the war, Mortals were forced to see that the these so called Monsters weren't really what everyone assumed them to be, they were just like Mortals, having families, love interests. The Mortals were the only Monsters...it didn't really stop the Mortals from mistreating these creatures as nothing more than monsters, going as far as turning them into slaves, other places came together to give the creatures protection and safe havens to where they can be safe, from harm way. This is what was going on in the Mortal Realm.
Meanwhile in the Demon Realm
The Demon and Vampire, didn't really join in on the war, after all they had there problems to deal with, but the other Two Lords, were happy to cause some mayhem, to the Mortals. It wasn't it easy for Mephiles...when the doctor's appointment came up, he adored Sonic's smiling face, the vampire was always so cute to him, but when the news came that they were having quadruplets, two female vampires, and two male demons, let's just say Mephiles was very sore after getting the news, but the vampire apologized shortly after that.
Sonic had his pups in his arms, it was ten hours of agonizing pain, but was worth it. the females, had quills similar to Sonic's, one of them had small bangs that will grow out, the one with the bangs was a pale blue hedgehog, with a peach muzzle, underbelly and arms, her sister is a grayish-blue hedgehog, with purple stripes and ear tips, some of her quills rest on the side of her face, a pale peach muzzle, underbelly, and arms, a little bit of chest fluff that is same color. On the their wrists were their names that Sonic had given them. Sapphire and Luna.
One of the males, his fur was black, with blue quill tips that his quills were similar to Mephiles, he had a peach muzzle, underbelly and arms that had black stripes that reached his elbows, his brother was a light blue hedgehog, with a black stripes, he had a grayish-tan muzzle and underbelly, they had name tags on wrists their names. Perseus and Draven.
Sonic just held them close, he couldn't ask for anything better in his life, Mephiles rubs Sonic's head, he was happy about his children, but also to see the Vampire's happy face. "Their just as perfect as you..." Mephiles said to Sonic.
It was a bit of a struggle raising four, but Sonic was going to give his pups the best life...that he never had, with all the pain, and sorrow he had growing up, he wasn't going to put his kids through it.
For once...The Vampire finally found happiness, and a Family that loved him for he is.
