As soon as Engineer drove both Spy and Sniper back to the comfort of the RED base, the rest of the mercenaries were out on the battlefield. It was a bloodbath, the enemies were dropping like flies at the power of the RED team; they just couldn't catch up, being sent through respawn again and again, it was like there was no end to the killings.
"That's what I'm talkin' about!"
Scout raised his bat, ready to swing at every single BLU team member who dared cross paths with him. Most of them were being sent through respawn the second they peeked through the entrance of their base, but Scout noticed the enemy Spy approaching, attempting to cloak and parry the barrage of attacks the RED team unleashed onto him.
His smile turned quickly into a look of bloodlust as he approached the enemy Spy, bat ready to strike. "C'mon, tough guy!" Scout yelled, to which the Spy turned his head, facing Scout nervously. It all happened in the blink of an eye–Before the BLU Spy could think, his skull had been caved in with a swing of Scout's bat.
But to him, that wasn't enough.
This sorry excuse for a person was pissing Scout off. The amount of times he'd manipulated people was getting on his nerves. The fact that this sapped Sniper and Spy's respawn systems only made his expression grow harsher.
Right... His father, they still had some unsolved problems from yesterday. This wasn't his father, this was a whole different person, but his resemblance to his team's Spy was remarkable. The rage he felt towards his father, he felt he could take it out on this guy. His body had been laying on the ground, trembling as Scout looked down at him.
"I'm gonna beat on your skull 'till I hit tonsils."
Although the others were busy focusing on other enemies, Scout was taking out his anger on the enemy's limp, broken corpse. His bat was stained crimson with blood, and the BLU Spy's skull was nearly split open. He panted, looking in disgust. Scout growled, continuing to cave his skull in without a single hint of remorse. "Stupid, stupid, stupid! You freakin' dumbass, ya nearly got my friend killed!" He growled, driving the enemy's head into the snow with a swift hit to the skull.
Even though gory and violent sights were far from foreign to these mercenaries, it was concerning to see what Scout was doing. His glare at the corpse was filled with bloodlust and unadulterated anger, this wasn't something common for Scout. In fact, this was the first time he'd done anything like that during work hours. Scout normally kept a happy disposition on the battlefield, but this seemed more... Personal.
"Scout, he is dead already. You should stop, there are more enemies." Heavy was in the middle of a fight with a BLU Demoman, but he still saw Scout in the corner of his eye. Scout's mental state wasn't the best after all, especially after yesterday's situation. He could see it in Scout's face–Today, he looked unusually exhausted, with the dark circles around his puffy eyes.
Scout looked up from the BLU Spy's corpse tiredly. "Uh, yeah. Sorry, I just wanted to take my anger out." He frowned, staring at the reflection of his face on his bloody baseball bat. Now that he thought about it, he did resemble Spy, in a way. He hated it. He wished he had a proper father figure, someone who wasn't like Spy. Anyone was better than him.
"You should talk to Spy, keeping your anger inside is bad idea."
Nodding at Heavy's words, he pulled his scattergun out, helping out the rest of his team. All that was on his mind however, was Spy.

"What in tarnation...?"
Engineer looked at the mess that was the sapped respawn systems of both Sniper and Spy's. Wires were scattered across the ground, as well as scraps of metal. He assumed the BLU Spy had gotten in via the vents leading to the room that held the respawn system, judging by the fingerprints left on the vent.
