Another chapter
I feel like yesterday's chapter sucked.
But hopefully I can make up for it today. So far I like how the book is going but I don't know how Derek or Ken are going to be in the story. I just knew that I wanted other people besides her and Terrence so...

My mind is still in a haze, I don't remember how I got to Patrick's warehouse but somehow I did. Before I knew it I was in the ring, I could see everyone but I couldn't hear them. Besides the ringing in my ears, my heartbeats the only thing I can hear.
I watch as a guy twice my size, comes and walks into the ring. His face is pretty emotionless, he has fighters hands.
Shit.. he's a brazer.
With brazers I normally have to actually try, I was hoping for easy money.
I didn't hear the bell ring so when he landed a punch on my face it caught me by surprise, I fell to the floor with wide eyes.
Slowly..I could hear again, the crowd cheering, my breathing, Patrick yelling. I looked up just before the guy landed a kick in my stomach, making me fly back.
Images of that day kept popping into my mind, all I could see was Henry kicking me. I gasped for air using my arms to push myself up, I wobbled on my feet but I got in a fighting stance.
"I thought you were supposed to be good." The guy said in a gruff voice.
"I am." I said firmly, lunging past him and kicking his ankle. He fell unto his knee but quickly got up. I jabbed at his neck, making him choke for a quick second.
When he went to hold his through I kicked him in his ribs, he groaned and stood up coughing a little. I went back and punched the same spot I kicked and added more force, hoping to-if not break-than fracture a rib.
He hissed in pain and I went to punch him in the face, when I hit him the memory of Terrence hitting Andrew in third grade popped up.
I froze, retracting my hand and standing stiff. The guy saw his chance and punched me in the shoulder, I lost my balance and fell to the ground. He jumped on me and started punching me over and over.
Black dots clouded my vision but I refuse to go out, not because of Terrence.
You're strong.
Putting my arms up in a shielding position, I tried kicking him off of me. "Fucking elephant." I groaned kicking him.
He chuckled, punching my arms harder. Getting angry I kneed him in the stomach but he stayed were he was.
"Fuck it." I hissed, kicking him in the balls. He groaned and backed away from me. Falling to his knee again, I got up and ran over to him. Pulling my arm back as I far as it would go I punched him as hard as I could, he fell to the ground unconscious.
The crowd went silent, looking at the now unconscious man with wide eyes. I could tell that even the regulars didn't think I would win this fight. Breathing heavily I walked up to Patrick putting my hand out, with a smirk he gave me the money.
"The winner!" Patrick yelled into the mic, the crowd went wild. Hollering my name they even threw more money at me.
"Are you ok?" Patrick whispered, looking at me with concern. I nodded and smiled, slowly making my way inside the changing room.
I looked at myself in the mirror, reminding myself of that same day. I had a busted lip and a big bruise on my cheek. I saw a bruise on my stomach, turning around I ignored the scars on my back and looked for more bruises.
