TORIS POV. They called me a high school drop out. They called me dumb. They said I was a druggie and I'd never be enough. An orphan with no one to support me, from a young age. They said I'd never be what they expected.
Maybe I'm just tired.
- Tori pulled on her black ripped jeans and a white tank top, looking at herself in the mirror. Wondering when she'll feel beautiful. In her mind, it's always 'I'm not pretty enough..no matter what I wear....maybe if I was prettier people would like me more.'
"Are you going out again to get weed? Seriously you need to get a life." Her foster mother entered the room asking, while she smoked a cigarette glaring at Tori.
She was used to this, being treated like crap, and being talked down to.
"whatever." Tori replied as she grabbed her bag and left the house. She always had to get away because staying in the foster house for too long, might actually kill her.
Tori never met her parents, they put her in foster care when she was just a baby. Then her foster parents took her in. she always wondered they chose her, because her foster parents never treated her like a real daughter. They treated her like she was garbage, so the question 'why' was always stuck in her head.
Yes , she was going to score herself some weed, but what's it to them? They always stressed her out. She needed something to clear her mind, and a place to be for awhile. The weed really helped her. Tori got high so she could let go of the stress. What was so wrong about that?

Tori walked over by the old broken down house. The gates were all rusted and busted. "Is Toni here?" Tori asked Mya.
Mya was her dealers sister. "Uh he's out getting some fresh papers, he'll be back in like 5 minutes, wanna grab a beer?" Mya asked smiling.

Tori nodded. "Sure." She came into the backyard and sat down next to mya. Mya got up and grabbed her a beer and gave it to her. "You good?" Mya asked her.
"I'm doing okay." Tori opened the beer and took a sip. "Foster mother still a bitch?"
"Always you know that never changes." Tori laughed. Mya sighs, "so what's next for you?" Mya asked her, taking sips of her beer.
"I mean I'm not really sure you know? I tried for a few jobs but..I didn't get accepted..I don't know what to do." Tori said a bit stressed.
"Don't worry something is gonna happen for you real soon.." Mya said. "Speaking of which, look who's back." Mya said watching her brother come in. "Hey Toni! Look who dropped by."
"I'm glad you stopped by today because I've just scored us some fresh paper and some fresh cannabis sativa leaves, your welcome." Toni said showing off the weed. "You guys up to smoke?" Toni asked.
"I'm always up, you know me." Mya said smiling. "Yeah I mean you know that's the reason I'm here." Tori said as they laughed. "You don't have to pay me today Tori I know you don't have a job and things are a little rough with you right now, so the weed is on me." Toni said smiling.
"Thanks I really appreciate it." Tori said.
"Alright guys." Mya grabbed a paper from her brother and started rolling, putting the weed into the papers.
When she was done she lit the weed and started smoking it. She then passed it around to her brother and then he passed it to Tori.
"That's it right there." Tori said inhaling the weed. "This stuff is good. My brother only scores the best weed in Mexico." Mya said.
"That's right." Toni said nodding.
