Something that Tori loved to do in her spare time was sing. So when she was in the shower washing up she was singing one of her favorite songs. As sister Anna happened to walk by the bathroom she overheard Tori's singing. "My what a lovely voice she has." Sister Anna muttered to herself. This gave sister Anna a brilliant idea. She had found a way to help Tori.THE NEXT DAY.
All the girls were gathered in the living room for a morning assembly. "Good morning girls I hope you all had a wonderful sleep. Remember everyone we have Holy Week starting today, and everyone must attend saint Anns church. Make sure to wear something lovely and bring You're Bible! We will be taking a trip to saint Ann's church to praise the lord this week. So I hope everyone's excited." All the girls cheered and seemed to be so stoked but Tori was the only one who seemed very bored with this.Sister Anna saw that Tori was down and came over to her with a warm smile. "Don't look so sad Tori everything's going to be OK. You will have a fun time I promise you I know you don't really believe in our religion, but it will grow on you and you will see it is not so bad you will actually come to love the religion and take part in it. Also, I have a gift for you." Sister Anna said giving her the wrapped up present.
"what is this?" Tori said looking at her. " well if you're that curious you should open it." Tori slowly opened up the present, it was a Bible.
"maybe you can read about God's journey and hey, who knows you might relate to it more than you think." Sister Anna told Tori.
Tori frowned upon the gift. "Thanks? But I really don't think this is for me..and I don't really feel like attending church." Tori said a bit bored.
"I'd really love for you to come just one day at least.. and you can still keep the Bible I brought it especially for you.. and maybe read it whenever you can? I'd love if you at least..looked through the pages..but it's okay If you don't want to just know I'm here for you." Sister Anna said smiling.
Tori felt a bit bad, sister Anna was trying so hard for her.. so she decided, she'd just go to church for sister Anna, for only one day. Just to make sister Anna happy. "Fine but just one day." Tori told sister Anna.
Sister Anna looked super pleased. "Thanks for doing this for me, but I hope going to church for this one day can help you see why I am trying to lead you down this path. It'll help you in the end." Sister Anna said hugging her.
"Sure." Tori said.
