They finally let me in after many hours. I haven't left her side since they let me in. Her parents went to work. They couldn't miss anymore time. I haven't slept for 3 days and I'm getting exhausted. Maybe I'll just take a quick nap.
"Wake up watermelon!" My eyes shoot open.
"OMG! You woke up! The doctors! They weren't sure you would! I can't believe your awake!" I hugged her tight.
"Sarah what happened to me?" She looked down and had a sad look in her eyes.
"Ezra hurt you and I stopped him. When you wouldn't wake up I called an ambulance."
"Is he mad at me?" I looked at her and I saw the saddest thing I'd ever seen in my life. Worry mixed with disappointment.
"It doesn't matter. He got arrested. He can't hurt you anymore R. He won't hurt you ever again. Not as long as I'm around." she grabs me and pulls me into a hug. I look up at her as she pulls away. She looks at me. I look at her lips biting mine. She nods. I lean in and my lips touch hers. Her lips are soft and sweet and I can't get enough. This is nothing like our first kiss. This one means something.
