Part Fourteen!

THE NEXT DAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Ash POV

I wake slowly, and not completely. I was back at the lab- I was laying on a weird blow-up mattress on the floor, with Pikachu snuggled into my left side. My right side wasn't free however, and I had someone cuddled into it.

I looked down. Goh had his arms around my sides, his body pulled close, and his legs wrapped around mine, pinning my ankles together.

I poked Pikachu. "Hey, buddy. Can you get me my rotom phone?" I whispered.

"Pika, pi."

He slowly got up and looked around. Our phones - mine and Goh's - were sitting on the table.

He grabbed mine and brought it to me. I looked at the time- it was about eight 'o' clock.

Goh and I would need to get up now, if we wanted to get to his house on time.

I ran my fingers through his hair.

"Hey, Goh?" I whispered, looking down at him.

"We have to get up now." I tickled his neck, making him squirm.

" Ooooh Starshiiiine..." I said in his ear, still tickling.

" Aaaaaashhh..." He muttered, holding me tighter. " C'mon Goh, we've gotta get up."

" Mmmmnnn... no ... I've decided ... against it ... I wanna stay... hereee..."

"No Goh. Come on, get up." I poked him in the side. He ignored it and stayed pressed into me.

I sighed. "At least move your legs, please?"

" Fiiiiiine."

He moved his legs, so my ankles were no longer pinned. I sat up, with Goh's arms still around me. I picked him up- he was really light- and slid off the mattress.

I walked out of the room, down the stairs, and to the kitchen. Ren was there, with his Magnemite Francois, making coffee. Chrysa was eating scones at the table with her Psyduck eating under the table.

They looked up as I entered, with Goh cradled in my arms. "He won't get up." I said, sighing.

Chrysa laughed, and beckoned Psyduck close to her. "Psyduck, wake him up please."

Psyduck shot a beam of water at Goh's face.

" EEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Goh screamed, and flailed around, almost making me drop him.

He blinked at me, and wiped the water from his face. "Ash?" He said, peering at me.

"Yeah, it's me." I said, setting him down.

"Now that you're awake, we have to go get ready. Remember, we're ... seeing ... your parents today." I cast a sideward glance at Ren and Chrysa, who weren't paying attention in the slightest.

"Come on." I said, picking Goh back up. "Hey!" He yelled, fighting me- wanting me to put him back down.

I held on to him and climbed the stairs. As soon as I had shut the door and locked it, I let him down. "Ash!" Goh said, probably furious at me. He was so nervous and scared for today, and I don't blame him- but we have to get it out of the way to stop worrying about it.

I ignored his yell and opened my wardrobe. I tossed him one of my shirts, and dug his hoodie out of his wardrobe. Now that I had seen his wrists, he went without his hoodie much more. He never left the lab without it though.

He pulled off the nightshirt he had been wearing without even warning me, and I just kinda stared at him, surprised.

He paused in the process of putting the other shirt on, and stared back at me.

"What?" He said, arching an eyebrow at me.

"Hmm? Oh, nothing."

He pulled the shirt over his head, and I turned away really fast, before he could change anything... else.

He called to me once he was done, and when I turned back around, I was hit in the face with a shirt. Goh's shirt.

It was the nightshirt he had been wearing, still warm to the touch.

"I swear if you ask me to wear it-"

"Wear it."

I sighed, and pulled off my own nightshirt. Goh stared at me too, but I paused for longer than he did. I put my blue vest over the shirt, and made Goh turn around before I changed the rest of me.

After we both were done, I grabbed Goh's hand and we left the lab.

"Here we are Goh." I said, pointing at the large building in front of us.

He was bouncing on the balls of his feet, squeezing the life out of my hand. Goh nodded, and opened the front doors.

He mashed a button on the elevator once we got in it, and continued to look terrified.
