Peter went to visit MJ because she called him

So he went to see what was going on by knocking at her door

She answered it

To see it was peter who made her smile

Don't get your hopes up I asked you for food MJ said

And that's what I'm here for so what's for dinner Peter said excitedly

Italian Peter Her mom said

They must be pretty good since I packed them instead of cooking them this time her mom said

Peter bit his lip as his stomach grumbled in excitement

What kind of ravioli Peter asked

Cheese Her mom said

I'll take it to thank you so much Mrs. Watson Peter said

You're welcome dear sit down and eat you too Michelle dear her mom said

Peter reached out for a plate as he sat down

MJ handed it to him as she sat down next to him

Peter took his sweater and stretched out his back before he get comfortable to eat

I got fired MJ said as she cut her veggie chicken

Wait what why Peter said with concern about chewing food into his mouth

Cause I got mad some guy was harassing me and I wasn't put up with it kicked him out MJ said annoyed as she was about to eat her veggie chicken

How is that your fault you shouldn't have to put with that peter said with a bit of anger firing his face as still chewed more food into his mouth

Because why should she  be fired for someone harassing her that like the fuck He hated her boss but after that, he hated him even more Men ugh he thought to himself

Well my job is to serve and help my customers cause their always right about some bullshit my ass of a boss came up with MJ said

Language Michelle her mom said with an eyebrow

Yeah and you can decide to serve them or not like are you ok did he touch you or anything like that he said with worry

No, but he kept making sexual jokes while was trying to do my job, and then tried he asked me out with MJ said

I told him I had a boyfriend he still didn't get it MJ said annoyed

No, I saw him in my life he seemed to look like to be around 30 years old MJ said

That's terrible I'm sorry you had to go through that you had every right to react that way Peter said caringly

It's ok its the welcome to being a woman she said sarscticly

Having men mess with our lives Mj said with sarcasm

Yeah it's still pretty messed up though I just hope you find a new job and something your passionate about being you could be a journalist I don't know I was just guessing though peter said

Yeah how did you know She said

I don't know I just guessed it I didn't think I was right about it he said

He reached over her plate to take a piece of chicken which she earned a right shove foot to from her leg

So anyways she continued her conversation with hows your thesis going so far she said

Uh we sort of had a breakthrough Peter said

Oh yeah she said

I think Ned and I figured out how it survives but im not sure if it's a good thing or not Peter said

So it's an actual living thing Peter said

An organism of some kind like its the black goo I think Peter mentioned not me Peter but old Peter and I think Ferguson knows more than he lets on Peter said

Why did he put you, Ned, up to it for no reason than she said as she ate her ravioli

Peter shrugged saying I know what he means well I think I mean but I think he's been acting weird for the past couple of days

So he's not always creepy she said with a soft laughter

No, but maybe im just acting paranoid Peter said

They stayed silent as they continued to eat but Peter could sense MJ wanted to say something and knowing she will speak when she was ready

She started down with her veggie chicken moving it around with a fork

Her mom left to go upstairs to her room

while Michelle broke the silence saying she got a job tomorrow at the library at Mcaverys by the way with a lady named Taylor by the way which is my favorite place to read at

That's amazing MJ im so happy for you Peter said happily

I know right it's great I just hope it won't be the same as before Mj said with a worry

well you don't know for sure so if it is then you can leave and find a better one i don't know just saying Peter said

thanks, MJ said awkwardly not knowing what else to respond with

im gonna go wash my hands since I finished eating MJ said as she left to go to the bathroom

while peter does the same

then they sat down on the couch together with peter putting his arm around her shoulder while MJ lays her head on peters shoulder

Peter gets a bunch of text messages from Ned

what is it She asked to see his face look worried

It's Ned he sent me a bunch of text sos text  messages Peter said with worry

arent you gonna answer it MJ said concerned

I will call him ok he said as he pressed call on Ned

hey Ned what is it I got your messages are you okay Peter said concernedly

im fine dude but every else isn't Ned said panicky and out of breath

as peter heard honks of cars in distance from Ned

wait Ned slow down what do you mean peter said with worry

I was leaving and I noticed that I left my ID in the lab so I went back to get it and the door wasn't fully closed but I swear Man Peter I left it closed Ned said panicky

Ned what are you- peter said as Ned interpreted him 

It's gone Peter someone stole the symbiote Ned said
