A new opportunity presented itself to me. Queen Adete, she's well rounded with the dragons. Luna Tenebris doesn't have an heir, unless I count. Which I'm fairly sure I don't. It would be hard for me to eradicate an entire species. I didn't just have to erase all the dragons, I had to erase the entire world. Of all the plants, animals, elves, and humans. I would be the only thing alive.
Luckily humans are simple minded creatures. They can easily be corrupted. Mages are my favorite type of humans. They are so curious and can easily be manipulated. Leaders are also a perfect bet. Leaders crave power and are greedy. They are my puppets. Leaders and mages.
I walk to the water in a goblet. It was a gift from the moon shadow elves after I defeated a dragon who wanted their heads. With this mirror I can see great leaders and mages and talk to them. I give then something in return for something, their services. They think I serve them, but really they serve me. The mirror shown the King of the Eastern Bay, he's easy to corrupt. Near his lands lay ocean elves. I look into the mirror and can see he's troubled.
"What troubles you?" I say into the mirror.
He looks up.
"These ocean elves keep invading my lands. They keep demanding food and resources. We cannot keep giving them free stuff." He said.
"Hmm. You need a weapon. Magic." I say.
"Magic humans cannot due magic." He said.
"Not from the six primal sources." I smile.
"What are you talking about?"
"Magic. Dark Magic. Gather the other kingdoms. It's time for humans to no longer be lesser beings." I smile.
