I should've probably stayed a little longer. I probably shouldn't have left in haste. Oh well. I guess it serves him right. I did my part. I did not see the arrow that hit Viren in the leg. I had to leave him. It would endanger him. I did it for his own good. I warned him not to keep going, but he didn't heed my words. Often rulers don't. I am always right.

"Do not despair. Your time is coming." I say.

Viren ignored me. Of course, he doesn't understand my powers.

"You betrayed me. You let me rot in here!" Viren yelled.

"If I had stayed, you would've been dead. I told you I'd serve you."

"Fat chance."

"I've kept my word to you. You should know by now that I don't lie."

"Why should I believe you? I don't know anything about you."

I probably should reveal somethings about myself, but it's best to keep it limited.

"I crashed into the earth centuries ago." I answer.

"Wait, what do you mean crashed?"

"Fell from the stars." I correct.

Viren sighed.

"I know you don't trust me, but I assure you I am here to serve you."

"How would you help me? I'm in a cell."

"My dear Viren, let's not forget that in every life, it is full of opportunity." I say.
