I was at my work, looking at my form for the new position I was taking, currently, I am taking the position of my parent's place. They were employees at the very beginning but then the manager quit and got retired so they took in place and now the legacy carries on. Well, I may have to introduce myself now. My name is l/n
y/n I am a 19-year-old young adult. I know sounds like a cliché thing to say. But here I am living quite an awkward moment.

"Y/NN! Cheer up! You're going to be the head manager! Come on give at least some enthusiasm!" My friend Sedona spoke with a lightening smile, I wasn't in the best mood at the moment so whenever she's here it always brightens my day. "Anyway look at the new tweet I just got!" She cheered sliding right next to me in the chair. She then pulled up the app and showed me the news to me. "Haven't you heard!?" She gasped and I just looked at her with a confused expression. "Please don't tell me that you are talking about those people again" I sighed "Oh come on y/n! I think you'd be great friends with one of them!" She spoke up "Look. Please focus on your case. It's really important," I said to the jittery girl "I'm sorry! But I just can't help it! I've always wanted to be like Detective Kyoko!" She twirled around in her chair with a lot of energy.

"Hey, y/n haven't you gotten anywhere yet?" We've been trying to solve the case for a while now and to no avail, we've gotten nowhere." Saihara spoke "Unfortunately no it's been about a week" I sighed

(Yes you are not aware that you working w Shuichi but trust me on this :D)

"Ah, don't worry about it boss we'll manage" he put a hand on my shoulder and gave a small reassuring smile. " it's just stressful being a boss in a big company with different types of jobs you know?" I said with a nervous chuckle

"I may not know what it's like but I know it must be stressful, if you need anything let me know" he spoke softly while giving a smile and then left the workspace

"Omg, I didn't realize he was working with us!" She said with stars in her eyes getting more excited "Doesn't Saihara ring a bell to you?" She spoke," I told you I'm not fond of those types of genres and I don't know who you're even talking about. I apologize" She then pouted after my statement

"It's fine I might as well just go and continue the case." She said with a very sad face. And I sighed "Fine we'll go to the con only if you figure out the case" I knew it was difficult to get this case done so I knew she wouldn't be able to do it.

To my surprise, she agreed to the agreement, so she immediately went I work man I'm a mean friend making her do it herself well no not necessarily we all got assigned to a certain part and other stuff.

I then got back to work and did the usual. I might as well go get coffee later. I'll bring along some guests just to chill. The next week I have the whole week off so it'll be a failure if I let them go get a break too.

I then leaned back on the chair, I was so so tired after some time looking up at the case, for the Time being, I got up and walked away from my desk to go get some coffee for all of the hard workers as well, I know I'm being too nice I just want the others to be on the same page and since I am now the owner I get to make a few changes.
I also really got into cooking and baking tho it's not my number one priority

Man only if I knew that this job would be so easy.
