In the depth of night, the shadows had move throughout Las Alma's plaza. The two, Ghost and Y/N now made their way through streets and small owned stores without dragging the attention onto themselves. Okay there's a lie, there would be times where they would be spotted by one or two soldiers but it was easy to kill them off their tracks. "Come on LT, this way." Y/n spoke as she notice Ghost not that far from her. Ghost sighed out a breath before stoping.

"Still can't wrap my thought of you leaving your post for us." Ghost said while eyeing y/ns movement in front of him. "Not my first time and we need to stick together if we want to make it out of here alive." Y/n mentioned while eyeing the man besides her. She heard his muffled cries as she now turned her head towards his wounds area. Her eyes now filled with concerns as Ghost started to loose his balance.

"Shit, I got you." She said while allowing him to use her as weight. Because of y/n stalling to find shelter she had to brace her best work buddy that's bleeding out a slow death. "We need to stop somewhere so I can fix your wound, I don't need you bleeding to your death and I really need all the help I can out here." Y/n said as she made her way down the empty abandoned stores, so fare every corner was littered with innocent bodies that protested against the shadows command's.

Y/n and Ghost approached a small open store to take a break for now. "In here." She said once pointing to the opening. "Alright but we must look around to find things we can use to stop the shadows in case they find us here.." Ghost said while owning a nod from the girl. Ghost removed himself from the girl grasp and sat down on a nearby small display table and groaning from the sudden pain.

Y/n stride around the area to find any signs of a first aid kit they can use. Once finding it she realized that she was in an abandon bedroom, Odd place to have a room in a shop. "Hey ghost I found a first aid kit." She said as she wonders back to where he  now sat.

Y/ns eyes fell onto a hurt Ghost as his head was thrown back to look at the roof tiles. "Shit I have to move fast." She said before thinking of a way to get better access of his wound. "The bed!" She blurred out and Ghost just looked confused at her words before she spoke with context. "I've found a bed and I really need you to lay down so I can get a better work space." She spoke while owning a nod from the man.
Y/n helped him up and lead him to the room she was in earlier.

The two shuffled into the bed room and y/n gently lays ghost down on the mattress. She then was able to get to work by removing his layers of clothing before cleaning and closing the wound up the best she can. "There, all fixed." She said letting out a breath while placing bandaids over the area. Ghost just nods while side eyeing the girl with an sympathetic expression.

He never had helped like that before, he fanned at the touch of her steady hands. "This place will only give us a few hours to rest and for you to regain a bit of strength to pull through." Y/n spoke while standing in the hallway.

Y/n paused for a minute before speaking back up. "We need a hideout that's will be a land mark for Soap... and I might know where to go from here." She said before suddenly leaving Ghosts sight then returned with a postcard in her hand. "Here." She handing out the card to him.

Ghost glanced at the card confused before taking it from her hand, his fingers met with here for a brief moment. "A church, why?" He spoke while returning the postcard to the girl. "Uh...? Oh! the church is gated. so if we get in, then the shadows won't search for us inside and we can reach Soap from there. Then I'll come up with the rest." Y/n said before removing her mask to smile.

"Your so right, why haven't I thought about that." Ghost said once realizing how well this plan would turn out. "Okay, we'll do that but how do we get Soaps to know about our location without the shadows hearing us?" He asked another question.
