Y/N had gotten settled down and enjoyed having time off to herself. Y/n was currently in her room texting ghost about doing a zoom call. He was happy to except the idea. Y/n called him and he answered on a few rings.

Right away she was meet with a bunch of familiar faces that she dearly missed. "Hey Y/N!" They screamed. Y/n smiled at them through the phone. "Hey!" She return the jester.

"We missed you champ." Price spoke before the camera was taken over by Soap. "Y/n come back home, It's so missable here without you." Soap whined before being pulled off by Ghost.

Y/n just laughed at Soap childlike behavior. "It's only been a few days." Y/n laughs a bit before the phone was passed around. "So y/n, how was your few days in America treating ya?" Gaz spoke up. Y/n sat straight up with excitement. "Oh man it's like what I remember, it's cold but not so cold here, the new base isn't far from my original home, and meeting my parent was odd but comforting." Y/n said while smiling at both the boys.

"You being gone is making Soap and everyone else sad." Ghost spoke as he claimed the phone back and looked at the screen. Y/n smiled back. "You sad too? mi amor." Y/n said with a playful frown. Ghost just shrugged.

"I'm sorry about not being there with you this Christmas, trust me I was really excited to actually do our first Christmas together." Y/n frowned. "It's not your fault, I'll see you in a few months, right?" He said while removing his mask. Y/n smiled wildly and ghost noticed.

"What?" He mocked to the girl. "Nothing, just missed seeing your handsome face." She confessed and that made the ghost chuckle. "I'll send you my selfies later." He said but that left y/n confused. "Wait really? When did you start taking photos?" Y/n asked her boyfriend.

"Never have and never will, that was all a lie." Ghost replied as he played with his shirt. "Oh, I had hopes there for a minute LT." Y/n jokingly frowned yet again. As Ghost and Y/n talked for a bit. Y/n failed to notice the sudden presence of two figures entering her groom.

"Y/n i-" her mother spoke, spooking the girl. "Shit.. um hold on... Be right back." Y/n panicked before standing up. "Mom, you can't just come in like that. I'm on the phone." Y/n said trying to usher her parents out the room. "My bad didn't know. Oh who's that?" Her mother spoke while pointing at the propped up phone.

"Fuck, I forgot to turn the screen off." Y/n mumbled as she covers her face from embarrassment. Ghost was confused at the new people on the screen. "Hello sir, are you one of Y/Ns military friends?" Y/ns mother spoke to the phone. Ghost was confused on what to say. Just then Soap entered the camera.

"Ooh who's they?" Soap asked. "Mom back away from the camera!" Both boy heard y/n spoke loudly. Luckily they listened and let y/n explain. "Mom these are my friends, their nice and friendly." Y/n said sternly. "Guys this is my mother." Y/n introduced. "Hello mrs L/N." Soap greets. "I'm John and this is Simon. Or Soap and Ghost." He added while smiling at the screen. Y/n thought that this incident was so awkward and so uncalled for.

"Oh Ghost and Soap... my baby talked about you so much." Y/ns mother blabbered. Y/n awkwardly smiled at. "Mom, dad I need to wrap this meeting now, say bye and please wait in the living room." Y/n rushed to announce. "Okay, okay. We're leaving now." Her mother laughed as the exit the room.

"Oh one more thing. That Simon guy is really cute looking, you should step your game up." Her mother joked while closing the door. "Mom!" Y/n mumbled before resting her head in her hands. "Wow." Soap laughed. "Not a word, MacTavish." Y/n groaned out hearing the man make a peep.

For a few minutes y/n had answered all Soaps and Ghosts questions about her family. "Alright enough Q&A about my parents, it's getting late. I'll call tomorrow Yah?" Y/n yawned from tiredness. "Yah for sure! Marry Christmas Y/N." Soap said before leaving the screen.

"Feliz Navidad Jabón." Y/N said. Then eyed ghost.
"Happy holiday Simon.." Y/n said now feeling very sleepy. Ghost shifted a bit before speaking. "Same back to you, sleep well." He said gently waving at the camera before he hanged up. Y/n sighed before moving to her bed and fell asleep.

"Marry Christmas Y/n!" Scream manny voices through her phone. "Marry Christmas." Y/n replied as she held in her smile. "Any good gifts this year?" Price spoken up. Y/n shrugged a bit. "No clue? Haven't opened them yet." She said while placing her phone down. "I have to wait." Y/n claims as she opens her window blinds to light the background up a bit more.

"What about you guys? What did you all get?" She asked them. "Got a motor bike." Gaz mentioned into the face call. "Got a really cool manly gift from ghost." Soap bragged. "Got a photo card of us all." Ghost said showing it off in the camera. Soap tried not to laugh.

"Anyway I got mug that said "Unt. Not sure what it means." Price shown his mug and then took a sip from it. Y/n burst out laughing from it knowing what the mug means. "Um your mug said Cunt." Y/n spat out fast. "What the hell!" Price shouts while the boys laughed. "oh my..  anyways I'm glad you all having a grate time." Y/n spoke before being called down by her parent.

"Y/n come downstairs!" Y/M called forth. Y/n looked back at her before pointing at her camera. Right away the two heard shouts. "Marry Christmas Mrs L/N." The boys shout. Y/ns mother smiled and waved as she now peeked in the room. "Marry Christmas boys." She said before leaving y/n alone.
At this point of the trip they seen both y/n and her mother a lot. They gotten to comfortable around her mother though.

All day y/n been texting Ghost and send him family photos. She sent him a cool selfie of All her gifts, even from family gatherings and even doing holidays tradition. Y/n doesn't want him to feel forgotten and she wanted him to see her traditions. Ghost won't admit it, but he loved how every photo she sent him was her enjoying her time with family and being happy.

He saved every photo she sent to him, he loved her very much to not miss a day that's either shown her or something that resembled hers. He just needs to waits a few more months until he can see her again. Ghost looked away from his phone and over to his desk that held a small black pocket size box that he gotten for her.
