The neighbor took the kids by surprise by coming from a moving bookshelf.
''How do we move this thing-'' Brave struggled, trying every possible way to open the secret bookshelf passage. ''No idea, i'm afraid not every passage is so easy.'' Inventor sighed and shook his head. ''I can't think anyway.'' Brave said calmly.
Her bat holder was shining against the lit oil wall lamp, the glass stabbed in the bat, glistened. ''Why do you have glass in your bat?'' Bagger clutched onto his bright orange backpack, he sat down on a couple of boxes. ''I put glass in my bat, so it can hurt the neighbor in sort of.. a violent way.'' Brave grinned of eviliness, the group can see the devil in her eyes.
''Isn't bats already violent enough?'' Leader securing some cabinets near the bookshelf and Bagger. ''Nope.'' Brave giggled to her self and continued with her brother, finding a way to open the bookshelf.
-Scout's Thoughts.-
Scratching tiny pieces of wood out of my fingers, was all I could do on this point. The passage wasn't yet open, not yet figured out. Rather listening them chit- chatting, I would rather explore the room a bit to see if I can find any clues.
The clues could be so obvious, even we can't even notice them, then it hit my head. Was it?
Thinking, getting Nicky and Aaron out was so easy, I sometimes think if they are safe, or not, whatever. By a second of my worriness reaches by the amount of trauma we get from. Him.
I took a left, to a room where it has a master bedroom, must be his. I look to see a book on his desk, I sat down on the office chair and examined the book, and flipped to the first page to see what I find intresting that can help.
-End Of Thinking.-
-The Diary of Theodore Peterson.-
''What a dumb name.'' Scout mumbled to her self.
''Today, the Peterson family has broken apart for me, My wife has died in a fatal and a terrible car accident due to traffic, and yet my son, Aaron pushed my daughter, Mya of a platform stuck to the roof. I hated life, and didn't want anyone to make it worse for me, making replica dolls of them just reminds me that they are gone. I sob alone at the dining table, when its. Morning, Afternoon or the Evening. Keeping Aaron in my basement wasn't smart, but he has to know I still love him. ''
''Later today, I heard 4 responsible kids breaking into my house and being a bit nosy to find out what happened to my son that they always play with. Come to think, I tricked one of those brats due to a ball passing along in the street. Nicky, is what they call him. His parents are a god damn disgrace to have such a kid trying to get into a man's business. ''
''These kids are planning some such horrific plan to harm my family, and damage my house. The way it was, hanging shelfs from walls, boarded windows from blooming cracks, and wallpaper scraping off. I hear window shattering daily due today, and its starting to annoy the aboustle fuck out of me.''
-End of page one.-
''Holy- '' Scout cutted her words into one word, her cold eyes widened due to the neighbors plan. Scout quickly flipped to the next page, but instead of seeing words, she saw a plan and arrows pointing to a werid looking invention, and a door. The page next to it, had pictures of the kids walking around the house. ''This little-'' Scout has discovered that the neighbor has always been watching them.
She placed her slingshot near a orange potted flower, and began to read more.
-Continuing.-
''These kids are dumb, I have cameras around my house, I knew they were gonna come and invade my property. Seeing the damage they are doing, is pratically illegal.''
-The page was ripped off..-
''.. Its ripped off.'' Scout closed the diary and shoved it in her pocket.
Scout went out the room and closed the room, seeing the group still trying to open the moving bookshelf. ''Hey..'' Scout raced to them and put her hand in her pocket. The group smiled and gave a greeting back to Scout, until the smiles dropped of their faces when they saw Scout pull out a Diary.
''Whats that?'' Detective's got to over reacted and was desperate to take a picture of the diary. ''Its the neighbor's diary, I found it in his bedroom.. and you wont believe what secrets I found.'' Scout's cold eyes weren't similar, so the group thought the words had to be dramatic.
''So, Theodore-'' ''Whos that?'' Brave interrupted Scout before she even started to explain.
''Thats the neighbor's name, honestly, his mother can choose better names.''
''So, the neighbor kept Aaron in the basement, so he wouldn't lose his last family member, plus he basically kidnapped Nicky from attracting him to get a ball from of the streets. Hes also creating some type of invention- but I dont get what the symbols and arrows are supposed to mean, Yet. I know whats behind this bookshelf.'' Scout explained the whole story what she found out in the diary.
''Invention?'' Inventor gave the most intrested look the group has ever seen. ''Whats behind it?'' Leader seemed also intrested. ''Whats behind is.. a camera room, he has security cameras every where, and can see our every room.'' Scout shocked the group with surprise.
Bagger slowly turned around and saw the beeping machine in the corner ceiling. ''Theres one there..'' Bagger pointed. Brave clinged onto the wall and spoke to the camera.
''We know your seeing us, so come out.'' Brave smashed the camera as soon as she finished her statement. '' Her fist wasn't even touched, scratched or anything, she gave a simple punch.
''Well... How are we gonna get Nicky and Aaron back..?'' Detective took pictures of the diary while having a nervous tone.
''...'' The group had no idea, and had been lost in ideas.
