It had been about two weeks since Gavin moved in with Jaxon and Shawn for the time being. Jaxon walks into the kitchen holding a few magazines for Shawn.
"My mom sent these." Jaxon sets them down on the table. "She's going insane about this wedding."
Shawn smiles and picks up one of the magazines. He flips through it and sees an article printed out. "Best ways to have a non-traditional wedding."
Jaxon chuckles and reaches out for the paper. "She means well," He reads through the article quickly. "Hm. I guess my mom is walking me down the aisle. Am I considered the bride?"
Shawn shrugs his shoulders. "Aren't we...Two grooms? Husband and Husband. None of that heteronormative agenda shit."
"I know," Jaxon sets the magazine down. "I'm now realizing I have no idea how to put a wedding together."
"'Me either," Shawn goes to the fridge and grabs him a water bottle.
"Hey guys," Gavin says as he enters the kitchen. "What's all this?"
"Wedding planning from my mom." Jaxon stacks the magazines and places them with the other ones she's sent.
"Doesn't your mom know we aren't getting married for like another year?" Shawn asks.
"She likes being prepared."
Gavin grabs a magazine from the stacks and flips through the pages. "It must be nice knowing you're getting married."
Jaxon raises his eyebrows and grabs the magazine back from Gavin. "I have to get to school." He picks up his mug and takes a final sip from his orange juice.
Shawn smiles at him. "I'll see you later. Love you."
"I love you too." Jaxon leans in a kisses Shawn twice. "Bye, Gav."
Gavin watches as Jaxon leaves the apartment and turns to look at Shawn. "Did I say something wrong?"
"Nah, man." Shawn grabs Jaxon's cup, chugging it empty. "I gotta get to work, though. Oh! Jax and I are kinda having a movie date tonight if you could find somewhere to be for an hour or two?"
"No movie theaters for you two?"
"Uh nope. We tried that one theater off downtown and it was...They were homophobic so no movie theaters for us."
Gavin nods. "Sure. AJ and Kai invited me to dinner so I'll chill with them for a few."
"Cool," Shawn sets the cup down and smiles. "See you later."

Jaxon got back from school and tutoring at the same time Shawn got back from work. Jaxon grabs a popcorn bowl and sighs. "It's not that I don't want him here it's just that he needs to go home."Shawn grabs the popcorn bag from the microwave. "I get it. But...You think he's gonna get mad at me?"
"He's a grown man, Shawn."
Shawn dumps the popcorn into the bowl and nods. "I know. I just don't like hurting his feelings," Shawn sighs and throws away the empty bag.
He reaches into the fridge to grab the two of them some sodas, as well as one beer for himself.
Jaxon follows him into the living room. He sets the bowl down on the coffee table. "Maybe just...Approach it nicely."
Shawn chuckles and sits down, grabbing the remote. "How else would I do it?"
Jaxon sits next to him, throwing a blanket over his legs. "Well, I would tell him to pack his shit and man up, so. Anything better than that."
Shawn chuckles and kicks his feet up on the coffee table. "Okay. I promise," He looks at the TV screen. "It's my turn to pick. And I say Jurassic World."
