Allie's dreams'The Television' comic was just a dream/nightmare that Allie had a few days before her brother, Elliot "disappeared".
These dreams she has reflect exactly what was going to happen, just shown in a different way.For example, in 'the television', it shows how Elliot willingly grabbed the hand of a mysterious man who had somehow reached out of the tv. Afterwards, getting dragged through. It does not show he died because that is not when he died in real life, but it left a broken tv left.
This represents that Elliot wasn't too keen on living in the real world, willingly walking right up to his death-trap.Allie saw this, knowing Elliot was the only one home.
This represents the fact that Allie knows it was Elliot who had 'destroyed' it, or in other words, she knew he got kidnapped. This dream was very clear to Allie, though she was unsure if it meant anything or if her jealousy towards her brother reflected in her dream.
Fast forward, unmentioned but Allie also has a dream of Bryce. The same thing happened like with Elliot.
He was shown being murdered, though he looked different.
Brown hair and different glasses, as if he'd been merged with someone else . . . this stuck out to Allie, so she kept that vision of Bryce in mind. The reason she did not try to debate or tell anyone about this dream is to see if anything would happened to her brother.
.
A few days later, he was found dead.
This was starting to scare Allie, half the reason of her tears at Bryce's funeral was that she thought she caused all of this.
Or if it was something that she could've warned him about.Later in the same year, this occurred when Allie was in the asylum. She has another very vivid dream.
But this time, it's different.
The view is in first person now rather than being able to see herself in the dream, assuming its herself she tried to wake herself up.
She was running through a long, dark hall way.
Constantly looking back as if she was running from someone.Eventually in the dream she comes across a window, looking out into a beautiful garden.
(This could mean that she had a spark of happiness before she killed herself because she didn't have to live in the world of pain anymore)
Then everything turns black. She does not have anymore dreams for the next few days, every night it's just pitch darkness.
This is because she kills herself a few days after her last vivid dream.
