Suborn/Depraved Souls
A suborn soul is one that has been merged with a demon who has travelled to both the human and demon worlds. A depraved soul is one that has been bonded to a demon who has killed more than 100 people

Lost Souls
Lost souls are the souls who have been wandering the demon realm for a very long period have lost all usefulness to demons and are therefore merely lost in the darkness, presumably never to be seen again.

Trapped Souls
A trapped soul is one that cannot leave a specific location; typically, this location is where the body the soul belonged to was killed or otherwise perished.

Claimed Souls
Claimed souls are the souls that demons have abducted and fused with, but they differ from suborn souls in that the demons that possess these souls haven't killed more than 100 people.

Departed Souls
Departed Souls have been snatched away from reality, what makes them different from the souls above, I'd that half of the soul still remains in its host's body, keeping it still alive.

Soul
Soul is simply someone who has passed away and doesn't fall into any of these categories
