"ED AND EM!"
Amity's mother's voice boomed out from within the house As amity and Luz ran heading to the gate to get in.
Glass shattered behind the girls and amity looked back to see Edric whom jumped out the window with Emira close behind running from their mother as well.
Emira ran faster than Edric and caught up to the girls "I told you she should've left first thing in the morning!" Emira scolded her sister as Edric tried to catch up running out of breath.
"Like I'd know she'd be up by then!" amity yelled back.
"You should always know mom will be up drinking wine till she gets drunk!" Emira argued.
"Shut up and run!" Edric said as he gained some sort of second wind and ran past the three girls. Edric crashed into the gate with his shoulder busting it open for the rest. "Holy fuck that hurts!" Edric cried out as the four sprinted into town before a stop to catch their breaths.
"That's one hell of a way to wake yourself up" Luz stretched waking herself up more.
"I told you mittens to get her to leave first thing this morning!" Emira yelled at her sister "don't you ever call me fucking mittens" amity scolded as she got up to her sisters face even though Emira was taller.
"What're you gonna do bout it mittens" Emira tested amity's will.
Before amity could do anything luz got in the middle of them trying to break up the sibling rivalry "please stop both of you!" Luz said keeping both at an arms length.
"Exactly listen to the kid, I ain't one for speeches but you two need to hear it, we are siblings brother and sister and abomination we all are different I'm a guy Emira is a girl and amity you're a abomination but we are in the same family we share the same blood.. well two of us do. But we share the same blight title, we may fight but we are still family we need to love each other or we'll fall apart and never speak again." Edric taught the girls.
"That was.. surprisingly good.. in a weird way" Luz mumbled.
"Fine" amity said backing off and taking a few steps away from her sister.
"See that wasn't so hard now was it?" Edric grinned leaning forward to face Emira.
Without a word Emira grabbed Edric by his throat and tightened her cold grip "Hey! Hey! Hey! Stop!" Edric struggled as he punched and kicked Emira to let go.
Still not letting go of her what seemed like a iron grip Edric knocked Emira down which dragged him as well.
Amity looked over at Luz looked over at Amity, both girls smiled at each other.
"You gonna stop them?" Luz asked with a genuine smile.
"Na why would I? I ain't fighting plus it's good entertainment" amity replied with a chuckle.
Staring at the abominations eyes Luz's face heated up and she realized right away she was blushing and turned away to hide the red blush on her tanned cheeks.
Amity looked away embarrassed for staring to long, she drawn her attention to the fighting siblings to enjoy some sort of entertainment.
Amity got closer to the fighting twins and one of them hit the abomination which angered her and she started to fight as well.
Luz laughed to herself watching the blight siblings fight to be on top.
A cold feeling crept up Luz's body which was odd it was quite warm out. She had a weird feeling in the back of her head as if something was watching but she didn't think much on it.
