(AN: First chapter woohoo. Let's see how this goes)
Kohane sat at her desk with the light on, the bulb shining on her face, reflecting off the lens of her glasses. She was staring at a computer screen that was supposed to be her diary. It had two pages of her boring life and she started it when she first moved out (2 months ago). The girl sighed and her face laid flat on the keyboard. Her life was much more normal than others. She was sustaining well with bills and taxes, she had a decent job (Pet caretaker), and like she always wanted, had a normal life. Kohane wanted a normal life very badly and wants zero attention on her. She is practically invisible to the people around her but it's what she wants. Only flop with her normal life is there's nothing to write about in her journal. Kohane lifted her head up and got out of her now very uncomfortable chair. She flopped onto her bed.
(Minori should be here soon. I should clean up.) Kohane sighed and stood up from her now wrinkled bed and got to cleaning. She was not ready for the events that would happen next. Kohane heard a sort of whoosh sound that was coming closer by the minute. It got closer, and closer, and closer until it felt like it was heading for Kohane's house. That's when something large crashed into her roof and tore a hole into the ceiling. The sudden wind knocked Kohane back into the wall and she put an arm over her eyes to see. The wind died down and what was left was a lot of broken concrete, a hole in her ceiling, and a weird UFO on her roof. It didn't look like a typical UFO. More like the spaceships you saw in sci-fi movies. Streamline body, slick short wings, a cockpit covered by a layer of glass, and made of pure steel. Kohane carefully walked towards the weird UFO and suddenly, the hatch for the cockpit opened and a girl fell onto Kohane's bed. This made Kohane step back.
"She's... pretty." That was the first thing Kohane thought to say out loud. The girl had jet black hair that faded into a dark blue with small star fragments in her hair. She wore strange clothes like an astronaut and headphones resting around her neck and on her shoulders. She had pointed ears, blue sk- wait. Pointed ears and blue skin?? Kohane looked closer and saw that indeed, the girl had pale blue skin and strange pointed ears. Kohane lightly tapped the girl with her pillow but she didn't move. (Is she dead? No, she's breathing Kohane you idiot. She's probably just unconscious. She doesn't look too banged up.) Kohane propped up the girl against the pillow and started pacing. First thing she did was go to her computer and write about the whole experience (She usually doesn't have the events to do this.) Then Kohane looked at the spaceship. At least, she thought it was a spaceship. "Hellooooo? Are you awakeeeeeee?" Kohane looked down at the girl. She didn't stir.
Kohane sighed and she decided to hum a song. Then it turned into quiet singing and she spun to face her computer back in her chair. When she turned her chair around to check on the space girl, she was looking straight at Kohane with amber eyes. They were piercing and had an out of this world look to it. Then, her eyes gleamed with excitement and she rushed forward from the bed. She suddenly grabbed Kohane's hand with her own and stars shined in her eyes. Then she talked. "You have a pretty voice! Let's get married!"
