Regina's Pov
This...This mother fucker is telling me that the entire De Luca family who may or may not still believe and blame that I killed the unborn princess when I was three is coming here in a week.
"So..So you're telling me, that your family is coming here." I said
"They're your family too, Regina and yes they're coming here." Lorenzo said
Before I could say anything, little bitchy brat over there squeezed herself into the conversation.
"That bitch isn't my family" Emma said
"Shut the fuck up brat, nobody's talking to you or do you want to get drag around the house again. I won't mind doing a few more times." I said smiling and shooting a glare
After hearing that, seeing my glare and smile she sat down and shut her big mouth up.
"As I was going to say before I was rudely interrupted. I just got here a few days ago and you want me to meet your and I'll repeat this again so you can get it through your thick skull. You want me to meet your family when I haven't fully settled in and adjust into living here." I said
"Even if I don't want them to know yet, we both don't have a choice as your grandparents want to see you." Lorenzo said
Grandparents, huh?
I smirked
If they truly my grandparents, they would have believed me and looked into the incident that year.
That's only an if, now they can't change who they've created now.
All except for my Bibi (grandmother) from Sarah's side of the family. She was the only grandparent I had during that time.
*Flashback*
They are speaking swahili
In a small white room was a little girl curled up in the covers crying.
Why? Why didn't they believe me? She thought
A small knock was heard and the sound of a door opening, the little girl turned around to see one of grandmothers.
"Bibi?"(grandma) She said
"Haya dogo. Nimekuletea chakula usiku wa leo." (Hey there little one. I brought you something to eat tonight.) She said looking at the little girl
Couldn't hold it in anymore, the little girl bursted into tears. Her grandmother pulled her into an embrace and rocked back and forth while humming a soothing tune.
"Bibi, kwa nini hawakuniamini? Nilimpenda dada yangu mpya."(Grandma, why didn't they believe me? I loved my new baby sister.) She said sniffing
"Najua hungefanya vile, Regina. Wao ni vipofu sana kutafuta ukweli." (I know you wouldn't do such a thing, Regina. They are too blind to seek the truth) She said placing a kiss on Regina's forehead
"Bibi, utaniamini daima?"(Grandma, will you always believe me) little Regina asked
Pulling her back a little bit to see her face, she gave her a smile and kissed her on both her cheeks and on the forehead again.
"Daima na hadi mwisho, mdogo." (Always and to the very end, little one) She said
"Nakupenda bibi."( I love you grandma) little Regina said
"Nakupenda pia wewe mdogo." (I love you too, little one.)
Pulling Regina back into her embrace, she begin humming a soothing tune again. Soon little Regina felled asleep in her grandmother's arms.
*Flashback over*
"Fine, let them come but don't let them bother me or do anything to my kids." I said
Standing up, I started to walk out of the living room.
"In two weeks, you'll be attending the school your sister and brothers are going to" Lorenzo said
"Whatever"
After saying that, I left the living room and started heading upstairs. On my way to my room, I had ran into Ross who was waiting at my room.
"What do you need,Ross?" I asked
He hesitated for a minute before finally speaking.
"I..I was wondering, if..if you and the kids want to go shopping tomorrow?" Ross said stuttering a little while rubbing the back of his neck
I chuckled a little finding how cute he is when he's nervous.
He blushed and tried to cover it with his hand. Reaching out and pulling his hand away from his face, I gave him a gentle smile.
"Ok, we'll go with you tomorrow and don't hide your face like that. You're my brother and one of the only ones who ever believed me." I said
Ross smiled with joy from hearing my answer.
I chuckled at his expression which made him blush once again.
"Goodnight Ross, see you in the morning." I said
Turning around to open the door, I was surprise to what Ross had said.
"Night Gina and I'm happy you're back." Ross said walking down the hall to his room
It's been a while since I heard him say that name.
Opening the door to see my babies on the bed sleep and the pets sleeping right next to the bed.
Going into the closet and changed into my pajamas, I climbed into bed and pulled the kids closer to me.
I then closed my eyes and drifted off into the darkness.
