Sarah's Pov

Rubbing my eyes, I looked at the time on the clock and saw that it was two in the morning.

Turning to my left side to make sure that Lorenzo wasn't awake, I got out of bed and slide on my slippers.

Grabbing my robe and putting it on, I left out of the room and headed downstairs to the kitchen.

Entering the kitchen, I went over to the cabinets and grabbed a wine glass out of one of the cabinets.

Going into another cabinet, I grabbed a wine bottle with the name Romanee-Conti on it.

Grabbing a cork opener, I opened the wine and poured a full glass of wine.

Not hesitating for a minute, I gulped down the wine and poured my second glass.

Since the day that Regina's kids arrived, I couldn't stop thinking about that young man.

Why does he look so familiar?

This time, I slowly drink the wine instead of gulping it down like the first glass.

*30 minutes later*

Pouring myself another glass of wine and my fifth bottle of Romanee-Conti, I started to feel a little drunk as I was slowly drinking some more wine again.

Hearing footsteps coming down the stairs, I took the glass away from my lips and placed it on the counter.

"Mom, why are you up so early and why are you drinking so much wine?"

"I couldn't sleep and I thought I should have myself a little something to drink. Why are you down here, Nick?" I asked

Nick sighed while shaking his head slowly.

"I was feeling a little bit hungry, so I came down to grab a snack." Nick said

Watching Nick walk over to the cabinets, I picked up my glass and took a sip.

Thinking about that night, I narrowed my eyes and called for him.

"Yes, mom?" Nick asked

"Nick. Why was Regina sent away and went missing?" I asked

"Just know that she did something that couldn't be forgiven." Nick said

Looking at Nick, I knew he was hiding something from me.

"Nick, tell me the truth. What happened to Regina, that made her the way she is right now? What really happened that night after I went into a coma?" I asked seriously

Regina's pov

What?

"You..You killed him?" I asked

Thea's mischievous smile disappeared and a cold look appeared.

Thea nodded at my question.

"I did it, because you knew, what you had to do after knowing that he was traitor, but you hesitated a bit and missed the first shot. You don't remember how you got that scar that's under your left breast and near your heart." Thea said

My eyes widden a bit from hearing that.

Touching where the scar is, I felt my head starting to hurt again and what seems to be pieces of memories starting to appear.
