"No"

"Come on brother"

"No and don't call me brother"

"For someone with a pyro vision you are awfully cold."

"Don't you knights have rooms upstairs, keep them there they are none of my business"

"You were a knight yourself once you know those rooms don't get cleaned, plus we already have Klee running around we can't take another problematic child."

The two brothers sat on opposite sides of the table throwing remarks at each other until they both leaned back in their chairs and huffed.

"Problematic? What do you mean problematic?" The blazing read-head enquired suddenly invested in the conversation.

"The kid was brought to us because she has a history of violence with other kids but seems to have no parents to discipline her so she runs around doing whatever she wants." Kaeya replies leaning on his chair and fiddling with his ponytail.

"Do you know her name?" Diluc presses trying not to show that the child had peaked his interest.

"Ophelia. From what I've gathered nobody quite knows where she came from. From observation she seems to fear most adults but trusts the quieter types." The blunette stared at his brother intensely but with a hint of desperation in his expression.

There was a moment of silence between the two as Diluc rested his head in his hand in thought.

"Fine I'll do it"
